    A few months ago we needed service to replace the air mixer. The service was completed and our heating and cooling system was working well. However,... it gradually started failing. We took the car back. The service technician worked on the car for several hours but was unable to identify the problem because failure was intermittent. However, more recently the system completely failed. Maroone Honda replaced the air mixer under warranty and everything is once again working perfectly. I appreciate the fact that they replaced the part without cost to me. I also appreciate how hard they worked to find the problem when it was intermittent and the fact that because they couldn't find the problem they didn't charge me that time either. This is indicative of the outstanding service you get at Maroone Honda.

    The buying process was excellent with Desiree Rivera (sales person). Desiree made the buying process easy and she found the vehicle that I wanted. She... answered all my questions to my satisfaction and showed me how all the electronics in the civic worked. I would recommend anyone buying a new or used vehicle to contact Desiree R.

    This was the first time that I visited a Mike Maroone dealership. It was clean and inviting. I worked with service advisor Tim Herring. He was knowledgeable,... efficient, and did a great job!. Having worked with many service advisors throughout my life, this in not always the case. I will be back in the future.

    Our 2010 Honda CRV was Ok except the cruise control does not work , was ok before we left it with you , will you take care of the control ,if we bring... it back sometime soon?

    Work was quick as promised. Terri Jameson is my Service Consultant and always has been. She treats me well and always ensures that my service is done right... and explains everything done. My CRV was new when I bought it 15 years ago and I have had it serviced elsewhere about five times all out of town. I love the way they take care of my CRV.
