    I bought a used vehicle from Mike Maroone Honda, and even though it was not a Honda, they treated me like I was a very valuable customer from the second... I walked in the door. They were patient with me, even though I had to wait for a while before I could buy. When I came back to sign for the car, it was the quickest and easiest process I?ve experienced. No high-pressure upsell, just a quick explanation of options. I would buy from them again.

    My experience with Mike Maroone Honda was exceptional, from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out the door. I came in with a friend... and my daughter, we were greeted immediately by multiple people. I let them know what I was interested in and went from there. Matt Koen was my sales person, he was wonderful. He asked a very important question almost right away, "do you have a certain amount of time before you need to leave". I took it as meaning most people don't want to hang out in a dealership all day and he's, right I didn't. Matt was more than knowledgeable regarding the Accord, every question I had he had the answer to. He didn't exude that "used car salesman" demeanor , that truly is one of the worst traits a car salesman can have. I decided on a 2019 Accord. The transaction was flawless. The sales manager Jason Pachon came over to introduce himself to myself as well as my friend and daughter. That seemed out of the ordinary considering he wasn't involved directly. Matt and Jason both went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable while the paperwork was being processed. Dan Kole, the business manager wrapped everything up. He explained all the forms in depth without taking forever. He answered all my questions with ease and got me out of there as fast as he could without missing anything. It was an enjoyable experience . All three of the gentlemen that helped myself were professional, without taking themselves too serious. They made the process enjoyable. Thanks Matt, Jason, and Dan!

    Service-related items were handled very well, as before. Only negative ---for those of us who wait for the work to be done, it would sure help to have... a functional TV , or two, hopefully with one tuned to any on-going sports contest, etc.

    This purchase, our 7th Honda, led by Tony McIntosh was the easiest and most enjoyable purchase experience we have had. It was simplified, straight forward... and focused on what we wanted. When it came to evaluating trade-in value and price, again it was a low stress experience, which is exactly how it should be. We were contemplating leaving Honda because despite the quality of the vehicle we were frustrated with the selling process (at a different Honda dealer). Tony and the team at Maroone Honda, most notably Kenny, were all focused on us us loyal customers. We appreciate the customer focus.
