Quoted me $4,300 and one of the things they said I needed

Quoted me $4,300 and one of the things they said I needed to change was a timing belt (I have a timing chain so it's not even a real thing). Took my car to another dealership and they did everything AND replaced another caliper for $1,500...Maroone is an absolute rip off. When I called the shop out on what they were doing they hung up on me. Mind blowing that people like this can't get sued and held accountable.

I called to schedule an appointment but did not get a

I called to schedule an appointment but did not get a confirmation text. I drove there to meet with someone in person . The sales person I met with was quite helpful and made me feel comfortable. Since my purchase, I have made 3 calls in the same number of weeks to discuss a warranty addition, I’ve left messages and been told I would get a call back the next day. To date, I have not received a return call. I would say that call backs is the area that requires improvement, from the original appointment text that I did not receive up to the calls and messages I’ve left I’ve left since then with no call back. I still would like a call back to discuss my warranty options.

Just bought a car at Mike Maroone Honda and am very satisfied with the service. They were professional and took time to listen to what I wanted. I visited another dealership before I went to Mike Maroone and waited 40 minutes to have someone tell me the salesperson was tied up. I walked into Mike Maroone and was immediately greeted and helped. Great service, great deal and good experience.

We've bought 3 Hondas from Tony McIntosh at this dealership over the years. Tony made this purchase easy - he clearly demonstrated many of the hybrid CRV's features during the test drive - turn safety, following distance warning, sound system features (radio, satellite & phone), climate controls, door controls (rear, locking, beep settings) headlight settings, maintenance reminders, driving performance and fuel efficiency settings/driving modes - Tony is a wealth of information! He also helped us breeze through the purchase application paperwork. Tony went above and beyond to help us buy this car.
