I purchased a truck back in late October 2022 from MTH. After a couple months of ownership, I noticed something wasn’t right. I contacted the service department and made them aware of the situation. They had me bring the truck in for them to look at it and furnished a nice loaner truck while it was being looked at. Fast forward a week and my concern was confirmed. Sales manager Brian, service dept Aaron and in sales, Ryan, all came together and facilitated a deal that got me into a new truck. MTH had no obligation through either warranty or legally to go above and beyond and replace my truck. Talk about professionalism. I was impressed with how the situation was handled and how fast they remedied my situation even though they did not have to. MTH obviously knows how to treat their customers and definitely stands by their core values as a business. They have earned my business and I highly recommend MTH.

I brought my car here for service, the team was responsive and helpful. Even helping me look up a warranty I purchased 8 years ago from the original dealer down in the cities. This help saved me some money. They fixed the root issue with the car and didn't just let it out of there shop once it was "good enough". So happy with the service that it lead to a sale.
