Schomp Mini

This isn’t the first time I had purchased from Schomp. This experience was by far the best. Noah was friendly and knowledgeable. The trade process was smooth. I came from Colorado Springs and was provided with a loaner until my new car tint and detail was completed.

I have bought many cars and trucks in my lifetime. This was the most pleasant. Ian is very knowledgeable and eager to provide answers even to hard questions. Very professional and personable.

I’ve purchase several vehicles and this has been by far the experience we’ve ever had. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen!

We came here for a used vehicle and had a wonderful time finding one. Clay helped us get everything I wanted in my new car and was so enthusiastic. Kyle and clay both helped us out when we had some problems with paperwork and we came back in the next day (because it had gotten late) and it was so quick and easy.

We really enjoyed our experience with Schomp, primarily due to Noah. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. I’ve found it rare for a sales person to be comfortable discussing the pros and cons of a particular model or option package, but Noah knew exactly what we needed to make an informed and happy decision. Schomps buying process took all the stress out of our interactions and we walked out (for the first time ever) truely happy with a car buying experience. My only complaint would be with the timeframe required for purchase. We were at the dealer on a pretty slow weekday evening. There were ourselves and one other customer purchasing a car. Both of us spent at least 2.5 hours working through the purchase process, which was substantially beyond the 1 hour promise. There didn’t appear to be issues with sales staff capacity. It seemed that the bottleneck was paperwork processing in the “back office”. I would suggest having more capacity for creating and printing nessecary forms to keep sales moving...

Scott was great to work with. He was very straight forward and transparent. One thing i liked the most was his transparency, if he didnt know the answer he wouldnt just give you what you wanted to hear. There was no real pressure to purchase, id say my experience over all was great. Id highly recommend giving Schomp Mini a chance to get you into your next vehicle regardless of make or model. We had a great experience. We dealt only with Catherine and she was exceptional to work with. Everything was explained thoroughly and the buying process was quick and as stress free as possible.
