Noah was the best sales person I have ever had.. I seriously wish we were besties!! He goes above and beyond for his customers and truly puts us first!!! Mini owner for life!!

Purchasing a car from SCHOMP was the most pleasant experience. Tyler was organized and efficient from the sales part all the way through to financing. I was really impressed with how they have one person assisting you through the entire car buying process. Everything was straightforward from beginning to end, including the fact that they do not add any dealer handling fees. I went home happy, feeling completely confident I made the right purchase and couldn’t wait to tell everyone about how awesome SCHOMP was!

This is the 4th mini I bought and have a great experience working with Tyler each time. I look forward to a continued relation ship with schomp.

and my experience was AMAZING! First of all, the atmosphere when you walk in is unlike most other dealerships. It's modern, inviting, sexy, and cool. Kind of felt like I had stepped into an indoor go-kart racing arena. We were instantly greeted by a specialist who was quadruple as friendly, personable, and attentive compared to the other agents we'd met with throughout the day at other dealerships. The test drive was fun and informative (not the nerdy tech spiel but more so the story of MINI) and when we got back to the dealership, we mozied around while they prepped an offer, I was also trading in my car and had to get to a very particular price point on both sides (the sale price of my car and the lease of the new car). We negotiated fairly for a little while until everyone was happy. The manager who worked through the whole process with us was fantastic and friendly as well. We learned later that Schomp employees don't even work on commission... they're just genuinely good people. The ONLY downside of the whole experience was the time it took for us to get paperwork filled out. Once we locked in the deal, I think it took another 2 hours to get through the paperwork process (and lots of waiting). I can't really complain though... I know it takes forever at pretty much all dealerships... and like i said, they were incredibly friendly throughout the whole thing.

It was more that an hour but not by much. The car I wanted was being sold when I walked in. We found another one quickly and I wasn't disappointed. I got good value for my car. The car was ready when I was told and it cleaned up great--like new! Happy Camper!!!

Tyler was knowledgeable and helped me with my first car buying experience in a stress free manner. No hassling or negotiating, it was all on me to move forward and I am so glad I did!

Not pushy. Professional. Scott was the exception to the young people of today's world. I really appreciated his follow-up after my initial visit.
