Great service and care

Our sales member, Fika, was very helpful in presenting multiple options for us to review and decide from. No hard selling, just a thoughtful approach to addressing our goals. Also, as we were working on 2 different car deals that took a bit of time due to some wrinkles on our end, her patience was fantastic. Ended up with 2 very stunning and fun cars for the house.

Great Customer service

Anne was super friendly and easy to work with!!! She explained the one price, one person, one hour philosophy to me after she introduced her self to me. She explained I wouldn't get passed off on to a million different people throughout my experience. We looked at different new and used cars together and she was extremely helpful!! I didn't buy anything, but once my finances are where they need to be, I'll be back to buy from Anne Giusti!! I'm definitely going to be recommending Schomp to my friends and family!! Thank you Anne for your time!!

Great experience with Nick Bartkus!

I dreaded going car shopping, but Nick Bartkus made it an enjoyable experience! His patience with me was very much appreciated, since I test drove several cars over two days before making my selection.

Disappointed but, redemption is coming

The salesperson, who no longer works at the dealership must have been on the “way out,” when I became involved with them. They could not answer questions about options they were selling me, e.g., Pure Seal. They oversold me on stripes and to this day I still do not have my refund check. They put mats in the car without giving me a choice, until I asked. I was then given the option of Weather Tech mats. I chose these, but they are very slippery and unstable underfoot. I found out on the Weather Tech website that I should have been given attachments for the floor that the mats attach to so they will be held in place. I was never told the dealership did not recommend that the vehicle lettering should not be put on over the stripes that were installed. It took over 10 days to have stripes installed and there was never any communication from the salesperson with any updates. The salesperson discouraged me from waiting for a Hybrid Countryman which was the vehicle I actually went to purchase. The leather seats that came with the vehicle were apparently done after market at a local shop. I had to bring the vehicle back because there was a protruding piece is seat foam that was visible and the vehicle had to be taken back for the seat company to fix, which took 5 to 6 days with again no communication from the Service Advisor. I had to call the Service Advisor to obtain an update. Also when I brought the car in for this service appointment, which was primarily to have the Countryman letters re-installed, I was handed a waiver to sign releasing the dealership from liability because I wanted the letters installed. I was told by the person that performed my delivery to bring he vehicle back to have the letters replaced. Finally at this same service appointment I asked for the driver’s side windshield washer nozzle to be looked at because the wiper was leaving a 3 inch section uncleaned. The Advisor did not think the nozzle could be adjusted, but I never received any feed back even when I picked up the vehicle from another Advisor. I bought my license plates yesterday and discovered there was no way to attach the front plate because of the JCW front bumper. Tyler was helpful when I called. He related there should be a mount in the boot that has to be drilled, but he thought Parts has a mount that did not have to be drilled. When I called Parts for a price I was told the mount was not available for my vehicle because of the perimeter sensors. I then received a call from the Most Helpful person so far, Anne Giusti (no relation). I called the dealership in January and left a message in the general mailbox because I had not received a refund check for the stripes. Anne received the message and has taken over for the sales person that left me hanging. She has been very attentive, actually calling me today because she heard I had contacted Parts. Anne is even going to check into the attachments for the Weather Tech mats for me. She has a plan for the refund check. She is the only person at Schomp that seems to care at all about Customer Service. I would only recommend Schomp because of Anne. This is the second MINI I have purchased from Schomp and I am very disappointed. Maybe they are too busy or have poor Management, but something is not working well at Schomp MINI.

Who knew buying a car could be fun?!

From my first contact online, Anne was responsive and attentive. Since there were no pictures of the car online, Anne sent me a video tour of the car within minutes of our first conversation. When we came in for the test drive and subsequent purchase, Anne was very personable (hilarious!) and knowledgeable. Thanks to Anne, our buying experience was smooth as glass! Kudos, Anne!

ANNE GIUSTI IS AMAZING

I came into schomp with no intention of buying right away, I wanted to just get a feel for my options and see what I did and did not like. Anne did not pressure me into purchasing and understood that I really just needed to get a feel for what I want. I’m a single mother to a 16 month old little guy and Anne I bonded over our kiddos. She was so personable and sweet. I went to a few other dealerships before schomp and the sales guides I spoke to at the other places were peeved that I was not interested in buying and tried to pressure me into buying that day. Anne is amazing. When it comes time for me to buy I will sure be back at schomp with Anne Giusti!!! THANK YOU ANNE

AMAZING Experience!

I just want to thank Noah Toro for the wonderful experience at Ralph Schomp Mini. We initially went in to purchase a car we saw online a Hyundai Sonata for our daughter. Noah was very helpful during the entire process. We did purchase the Hyundai Sonata and on top of it I purchased a car for myself as well. I highly recommend Ralph Schomp Mini but specifically Noah Toro! I will definitely be sending all family and friends who are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! Thank you again for the great experience.

Wonderful purchase experience!

I am very pleased with my new car purchase! Noah Toro was a wonderful help throughout the entire buying process. As someone who came from a different state (Wisconsin) and had a long travel drive, it was so nice that once I entered the dealership everything moved quickly and the car was ready for me to take. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received!
