Schomp Mini

Purchased our third Mini this weekend and had another great experience. Our sales rep was great. Thanks James. You had great patience as we tried out many options till we were confident we were picking the right one. No pressure to buy something more than we needed.

I had been trying to decide what car to buy that could replace my 20+ years in my Jeep. Would it be another Jeep, a Subaru, Toyota, Volkswagen, Nissan, Lexus, etc.? Oh my goodness! Even though the cars I looked at were all good cars, I just couldn't get excited about owning any of them. I believe it was divine intervention that led me to Austin at Schomp MINI. Austin helped me find that special car, and because he was knowledgeable, professional, kind, upbeat and fun during this whole process, closed the deal in a short amount of time so that I could drive off in my new car. It has been a pleasure working with Austin!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, and I'm not going to lie, I was pretty nervous. Less than a minute upon arriving, I was greeted by Tyler and he made me feel so much more comfortable with the way he approached the intimidating process of buying a new (used) vehicle. He was more than happy to help me with any questions or concerns even long after I had left the dealership with my new car (that I absolutely adore). Not to mention, he has a pretty extensive background in mechanics, which I found incredibly helpful and comforting. I purchased a used car from Schomp Mini. Anne was my sales person and she was so kind, understanding, and not forceful in any way. I had the car checked by a mechanic prior to purchase and my mechanic found one thing that needed to be fixed. Schomp agreed to fix it with zero hesitation. Anne helped me through several finance options and was patient with me until i felt comfortable. I definitely recommend Schomp and Anne.

Don't be fooled by the name. There's nothing "mini" about anything (or anyone) at Schomp Mini -- except the name of one of the world's best autos. When it comes to service and excellence the experience is Maxi all the way. They always puts the customer first. They have an excellent product, of course, but they also excel in all the other ways that a spectacular dealership holds up the Mini Brand. And they do it in a big way. No one exhibits that stellar service better than our Motoring Advisor, James Pryor. He was accommodating, friendly, and thorough. He was understanding and compassionate about our complicated needs (my disabled wife & her wheelchair and my energetic grandson). We got a great car at great price that fits us perfectly. The whole experience was off-the-charts awesome. My son and his wife buy all their vehicles from Schomp, too. So we think of Schomp in a huge way... like family. Thanks, Team Schomp.
