Schomp Mini

I have had a wonderful experience with buying my new MINI Cooper S Convertible from Schomp. The process took about 5 months from the time I submitted my customized car in the system but they walked me through everything. Noah has been great, really friendly and helpful as I navigated buying my first new car. I am happy with the trade-in service and with my new car. I look forward to going to the Coffee and Cooper events to continue the relationship with both the dealership and other MINI owners!

Jared and Schomp both rewrote my expectations of a dealership. In my 25 years of owning cars, Jared blew me away with his responsiveness, his attention, and his service. Within 20 minutes of being a customer of Schomp, it was obvious they take the highest level of pride in their work that I’ve ever experienced. It’s not just the dealership, but the employees I interacted with exude the same pride in their work. It’s so refreshing. I’ve only had service work on my car here, but we will be back for our next vehicle.

We were greeted promptly upon entering the dealership and he answered all of our questions quickly and accurately. The whole process was a bit longer then the advertised 1 hour which I didn’t even know about until he explained it to me, but that was never an issue. Since we were trading in a very expensive vehicle we knew it was going to be a bit of a longer process. He was very communicative every step of the way. The whole deal took about 3 ish days to complete because of our trade and financing, but it was never a concern because his communication was spot on. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Schomp Mini and Jared were both especially efficient, friendly and communicative. It is always a pleasure to have this interaction and feel satisfied upon leaving.

I love Schomp MINI. Their service department is excellent. Stephen Good is wonderful to work with. He explains in detail everything that’s recommended and also lets me know what things might be OK to wait doing. I have been requesting to have my Mini serviced with Stephen for several years. Today, when their car wash wasn’t working he even drove my car next door for a wash so I could go home with a clean car. I also love how the service department does a video of my car and the undercarriage showing what they are doing and what they recommend.

I reached out thru an online site to view a used car. Prompt response, good info, and quickly set an appt. Once I arrived, the entire process was less than an hour including test drive. Noah was professional and provided the correct info I needed to make a decision. Top notch from start to finish.
