The entire process from start to finish was very straightforward and simple. Chaz was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me overall in my car purchase.

If you want an outstanding service you need to see

If you want an outstanding service you need to see Lisandio, he was very professional, treat me and my husband with respect, he made me feel like he cares about my needs not like my previous experience at this dealership. He work with me step by step. customer service is a talent for me and you dont have to power struggle with people instead you need to be patience with people and value them and treat everybody with respect( thats what my dad used to tell me and he is a Professor and always treat everybody the same way) and Lisandio did that to me.

Low pressure, no haggling, knowledgeable salesperson

Low pressure, no haggling, knowledgeable salesperson ("T"). Suggestion: reduce wait times and provide explanations for waits. Improve explanation of monthly payments that include "protections". Shouldn't have been so confusing. BTW, the "protections" are very expensive.

Unfortunately I didn't got a good experience at this

Unfortunately I didn't got a good experience at this dealer with Jeremy (Online manager) from the beginning it felt he didn't care then we start working my husband was already pre-approved and I know I have some negative on my car, everything went ok but at the end he want it to charge for everything wrong on my car( wasn’t much has a chip on the windshield that I disclosed but there was another guy with him and told him we don’t need to charge for a little bump that it has but he still want to charge $500 for new tires (back) and to be honest 1. wasn’t the money I can pay for that but it was his arrogant attitude that make me feel he was taking advantage of me not caring and 2. for $500 he let a deal go. I used to sell houses for 17 years and 23 of customer service (9 as a manager) and I always make my clients feel appreciated and I won’t just make a deal go for $500 just because I want to show something or not sure what happened or maybe he doesn't have experience, who knows but to be a great sales person and great as customer service we have to treat people with care and respect. imagine if he is the manager what can you expect from the rest.

There really is only one reason we purchased a vehicle

There really is only one reason we purchased a vehicle from Schomp Mini and that was because of the excellent communication and responsiveness of Lisandio. He was amazing throughout this entire process. We were limited in our budget and Lisandio treated us as if we were new car buyers and went above and beyond in every way. We live on the east coast and were assisting our daughter in finding a pre owned vehicle. He communicated well before his scheduled work hours as well as his day off. Amazing. We looked at multiple vehicles at multiple locations and decided we would only buy from Schomp due to the effort Lisandio put in to help us. My daughter is now in her new (used!) car and loving it thanks to him. We are very appreciative for the hard work yet easy going approach he took in helping us out. Thanks Lisandio!

The salesmen listened to what I wanted. They showed me options that matched instead of having me look at cars that I wouldn’t want. No haggling over prices or trade in was great. Went to just look, but the experience changed my mind and I am very happy with my new mini clubman!!! Thank you Jeremy and T for giving me the best experience ever!!!
