Tyler was very helpful and answered all our questions. We spent close to four hours looking at MINI's and he was very patient with our noobness. The MINI we chose had a manufacturing defect with the door handle, but Schomp was quick to get us back in and had the car repaired right away. I also liked that I was sent a .ics appointment for the service call so that I could add it to my calendar.

Looking to solve the mystery on the color of the front scoop. Hopefully we can change that with the Carbon scoop. I don't wish to go through the process of try to match a factory color. Andra is also assisting me

I gave the highest rating because my husband and I both believe it was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. Everyone we delt with was very professional and friendly and did their jobs very well. We were treated with respect and kindness every step of the way. We never had to wait for long periods of time without any contact with anyone. We were kept up to speed on every step of the process. It was truly a great experience. At the end, I felt like I needed to hug everyone!! Great job everyone. We've told all our friends and pretty much anyone that will listen. Thank you so much.

I have been coming to Schomp MINI since I moved to CO (5 years now), and the service team has always been great. I wasn't impressed (to say the least) with the sales department, but luckily the service department has always been super great to me.

Devin Scott in Service took the time to show me items on my Mini I was unaware of as well as showing my how to program some of the Mini's features. Basic service was performed timely as I waited. Everyone in service and parts were very friendly and helpful. My first time in.... new owner of used Mini. I'll be back.

I had total satisfaction on purchasing my Mini Cooper Countryman All4, a survey doesn’t do it justice. Your dealership, and Mr. Don Bailey impressed me so much. I took a test drive in March when my friend came in for service on her Clubman. The service she received on that day was so exceptional and impressive, that I knew I was going to return to purchase my vehicle from your dealership. Don took all my information and specs, and told him if something came up to call me. Other dealerships would have called or e-mailed every week, your dealership truly is no pressure. The day I took delivery on my car, Don went over everything on the vehicle. He took the time to set all the settings to just the way I liked them, synced by Bluetooth, transferred my Sirius subscription, detailed my mini, and went 200% over what I had expected. I sincerely enjoyed the whole team at Schomp Mini, and I look forward to future dealings with them. I have nothing but high praise and will most definitely refer family and friends to your dealership. I have several folks in Colorado Springs ask where I purchased my Cooper and I am more than happy to tell them Schomp Mini in Denver. It was worth the drive, and worth the wait. Thank you again

I drove from SD to have my MINI serviced. It was time...
I drove from SD to have my MINI serviced. It was time for Inspection II, plus the front brake pads were replaced, and a few other repairs made. Andrea Vanni was my service rep, and she was very helpful. I arrived at my appt time which was 11:00, and the service on my car was completed by 5:00 so that I could head back to SD that day. I was very pleased with the way that I was treated and the repairs that were made. I had requested a rental car, but was told that my appt had to be made over a week in advance to get a MINI. So I rented a car from Enterprise. I guess the only downside was that, given the cost of my repairs, it would have been nice if MINI had picked up the cost of the rental. Other than that, my experience was very good.

The service is always great in the service department. ...
The service is always great in the service department. People are friendly and able to assist with any issue. I always feel that the service department is straightforward. My main issue revolves around the location of the dealer. With this being the only Mini dealer in the Denver Metro area, it would make more sense for it to be centrally located. Taking my car to get serviced always involves more time than I would choose to spend.
