Overall, I was extremely happy with my car buying...

Overall, I was extremely happy with my car buying experience at Ralph Schomp from my initial treatment upon stepping on to the lot, to my test-drive, and up to my final purchase by all the staff. The dealer I worked with, Chad, was very knowledgeable and quick in his responses to my questions & numerous emails about Mini's. He provided me with several options & scenarios that would allow me to purchase the vehicle, and he didn't give me the annoying high pressure treatment that one can tend to expect in buying a car. When I agreed to the purchase, I was given an excellent explanation & hands-on overview of all the various workings of my new Mini from how to work the radio down simple overlooked things like how to open the hood. I am more than happy with my car buying experience at Schomp, and especially my new Mini!

Recently purchased a 2012 Cooper Clubman S from Ralph...

Recently purchased a 2012 Cooper Clubman S from Ralph Schomp. From the very start Devin was beyond helpful in answering all my questions no matter how random or how many. After ordering the car, he continued to update me all along its trip through manufacturing, painting, getting on the boat, and then eventually off the boat. Once it arrived at Ralph Schomp, knowing my excitement was overflowing he worked with my schedule and got the car delivered as quickly as he could. After the sale where most sales people I've worked with in the past would dissapear, leaving the customer to figure out all the parts and pieces themselves, Devin did the exact opposite, he explained every little thing from exterior to interior, even got my phone paired with the bluetooth. Well above and beyond anything I've ever experienced from a dealership before, and easily one of the many reasons why I would continue to recommend Devin and Ralph Schomp to my friends/family. Worth noting as well was my recent interaction with the service department. Matt quickly got my car in for an appointment and got me set up with a loaner vehicle. Matt and Erik continued to keep me updated on the progress of troubleshooting what turned out to be nothing in the end, but I appreciated the effort that went into it.

This is my 3rd MINI. I have had service for each of them...

This is my 3rd MINI. I have had service for each of them at Ralph Schomp. Not sure how long Robert has been there but he has always been so helpful. When I go in there he always recognizes me and knows my name. They always offer a loaner, wait time has always been just as they said it would be. This time a part needed to be ordered And I know they will call or e-mail when it arrives.

Devon was very friendly and knowledgeable about the mini's. Vince was very friendly as well and they helped introduce us to the mini club.

I know I purchased near the end of the business day, but...

I know I purchased near the end of the business day, but the detail folks could have done a better job cleaning the car. There were noticeable swirls and remaining dirt on the passenger side and across a good portion of the sunroof. The price was nearly out of my range, and despite repeated attempts for a lower deal, I ended up paying more than I had intended. Don't get me wrong, Devin was great! But for a 2011 at the end of August, I had expected a little more dealing room. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and my new car. My quibbles are small in comparison to my satisfaction, but they are still worthy of note.

From my first contact with Schomp through the web site to...

From my first contact with Schomp through the web site to walking into the dealership to driving away in a new Mini, my experience was amazing. Don made the sales process easy at every step, and although it was a very busy Saturday, I felt like I could have been the only customer in the place because I was treated so well. Very impressive experience, and I would definitely tell my friends to go to Schomp if the question ever comes up. Thank you!

The whole transaction was very good with one minor...

The whole transaction was very good with one minor exception, communication with finance was spotty, although to be fair my situation was very unique and posed a challenge for them. I would buy from them again.

There is a little magic in the way this dealership...

There is a little magic in the way this dealership approaches business. We had visited this dealership at 5 times or more over 9 months as we explored purchasing a mini. Love, love, love the relaxed atmoshphere. We were not ignored (even when it was busy) but we were also left alone to explore until we were ready to talk to someone. The Mini's sell themselves (if you have a love for this type of car). No two cars are alike in features and having knowledgable sales staff was key in learning about the different features/packages. Love my new mini (we have two - a CooperS convertable and now the hardtop) - Mini-Me and Mini-Too. Don owned a Mini and could speak from personal experience. Tyler provided a great overview of the car - including the Mini-Connected system. We had a good understanding of the features before we left, but there was more to explore on our own.

The only poor mark I can give is that the response to my...

The only poor mark I can give is that the response to my financing request took so long. However, my credit union took just as long to process, so it's likely that this was due to my personal situation. It would have been nice if the finance team could have called me with updates, even if they didn't have one, though. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. I never felt pressured and new through research that I was getting a GREAT deal on the car! Don Bailey was wonderful to work with and made the experience more pleasant than I could have expected. Jennifer and Monica from the finance team were also very friendly and informative.
