Refused to sell vehicle at advertised price
Do not even bother walking into this place. Saw a new vehicle advertised on both Cars.com and the dealer’s website for $18700. I also had a GM Earnings of $2000 to apply, making the final price $16700. I was paying cash, not financing. After visiting the dealership and test driving the vehicle, the sales manager said the final price was $22000. This is flat out false advertising. They would not budge on the price. We are looking at legal options since they would rather have customers walk than sell at the advertised price.

Vehicle purchase
This was the best vehicle buying experience I ever had! Brian Blair our salesman was courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were buying. We also were never kept waiting in an office like most of our experiences. The financial and service staff were also top of the line professionals looking out for what we needed. I could never after this image buying another vehicle from any other dealer. Thank you Thompson!

Thompson GMC ranks high on my list!
Every single time I am at Thompson GMC every associate there is friendly and smiling. While I am sitting in the waiting area every employee who passes says hi, with a smile. The service department is awesome! These guys know there stuff, they listen without interrupting and then assure me my investment is in good hands. I am very proud to own my GMC Acadia from Thompson GMC.

Good experience
Good experience. Danny did a great job and I would refer others to him. There was a problem with my new vehicle that was a factory problem. Danny helped take care of it and communicated well with me about the resolution.
