Bought a car barely covered the down payment,wasn't offered a service plan because it would have eat up down payment. Drove car 21 days without issue then car started to lose oil pressure. I asked to get it fixed because I had not made my first note yet. The team at Eddie Mercer stated they would pay a portion not the full amount. Being that my car note and other bills were at budget I cant afford to fix. I asked could we settle for a cheaper car, they stated that taxes on said car with issues took most of the down payment I would have to have another 2 or 3 thousand down to pay taxes and dealer fees and such for another car. Why would I pay taxes on two cars if I'm buying one. This company lacks integrity for customer, all about money. If you chose to shop at this lot best of luck to you.

This is a great dealership to deal with. I was a little intimidated about buying a car but was relieved when I went here. They had an amazing selection of vehicles and I ended up purchasing an Infiniti. I absolutely love it! The dealership itself is beautiful, but the best part was the staff. Everyone there made it hassle-free, no high pressure sales, and best of all it was fun.

Went there looking to purchase vehicle salesman warren just blew me off called to talk to a manager he did not have the courtesy to calk me back would not recommend eddie mercer to anybody

Had a Amazing Buying Experience! Zach was Awesome! I drove all the way from Panama City. The first offer they put on the table was Awesome!!! I felt more like a part of a family than I was buying a car. I now have a good friend in Zach. We talked Sports and Family. I would highly recommend buying in a car here and buying it from Zach.
