These guys worked with me the whole way until I felt comfortable with my purchase. Dee was very professional and friendly. He made sure all my needs were met. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone in search of a car!!!

Service appointment
I called them four times yesterday (3/16/2016) for a service appointment. 1. Call was transferred to service, rang four times and dropped the call. 2. Transferred to service, got voice mail, left my name and number. 3. Transferred to service and it rang endlessly. 4. Spoke to the receptionist who said service was very busy but she'd take my name and number and walk it back to service so they'd call me. As of mid day 3/17, no call back. Am now at Chapman Mazda. They took me in right away. I'm done with Cardinaleway!

Good honest people and a great deal! Cannot beat that!
These guys went out of their way to find me the car exactly how I wanted it, even while it was still on a boat, and gave me the best price for it. Upfront and honest, answered all my questions and responded right away. I could not be happier. I especially want to thank Dee Straker and Robert Jones for making it all happen. they were friendly and courteous from beginning to end, they made us feel right at home, no pressure and no worries. BEST Car Buying Experience EVER!
I just leased a beautiful Metallic RED Mazda 3...and I LOVE IT! But, let's face it, we all love new cars...and that new card smell! The car is FABULOUS! Many of the car's features that would typically be considered an upgrade on other similar cars come standard on the Mazda! Talk about quality! And what made this "buying" experience so amaaazing for me was the superb customer service!! Robert Jones took care of every detail with such care and caring...and then Bob patiently walked me through each and every detail of how to "work" all the car's features! I am beyond pleased...and am happy to now be a part of the Cardinale Way Mazda "family"! Thank you ALL!

Rob and Tyler are consummate salespeople who know their product, hone in on customers' needs and offer a pressure-free buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Also, the Mazda is a superb product. My Mazda 6 offers a sporty but luxurious driving experience.
