After having a less than positive experience at a

After having a less than positive experience at a different Hyundai dealership, I was extremely relieved to find such a helpful and honest salesperson in Darko. He wasn’t pushy at all and was quite patient with me as I worked through all my questions. And while I did have to bring the vehicle back upon realizing that the door jambs had not been properly cleaned before I was given the keys, I am loving my new Palisade! Overall, from the person who greeted us when we first walked in, to the first time I drove it off the lot, the staff at Gregory Hyundai made this a smooth car-buying experience. I would definitely recommend them!

We were returning after parts came in to repair the

We were returning after parts came in to repair the malfunctioning door locks. The prior service rep no longer works there so there was confusion about payment. Our new service rep Kandice Phillips was able to clear up the issue and repair is scheduled. Thanks Kandice!

A great experience personnel was very friendly and

A great experience personnel was very friendly and attentive. My sales person and manager were fantastic I felt like I was their priority. The credit consultant explained in detail all paperwork and was super clear so I could have a clear understanding. I even meet the owner Mr Greg it was nice. Am pretty happy with Gregory Hyundai personnel. My experience was very positive and I would recommend it visit and see what they can offer.

I am in the process of doing needed service totaling over

I am in the process of doing needed service totaling over $1,000+ of work.The service staff is courteous and have answered all my questions . They prioritized what needed to come first and I am following a schedule. I have exclusively serviced my 2020 Tucson at this dealership because I purchased my car here. I have also done all oil changes at Gregory. I have been happy with the service and all follow-up

There are many dealerships along the North Shore in Illinois. What substantiates an exceptional dealership and their service department is their commitment to Quality Service. Gregory Hyundai is the leader and serving their customer. It does not matter if you bought a car there or have been a long-term customer. From the moment you walk in the door Kathy greets you with a smile and does everything possible to make sure your visit is a pleasant one. Phil, service manager, did everything possible to work on my vehicle even contacting corporate support and fixing my transmission. When I dropped off the car I had issues that could not be explained. Today I picked up my vehicle and it's running better than when I dropped it off. I would recommend anyone to come there for service or for purchasing a vehicle. You will not regret it

I came in for service and Issac assisted me.

I came in for service and Issac assisted me. He explains the entire process and made sure to call me when the service was completed. My vehicle was clean and repaired properly when I arrived to pick it up. No issues. Only accurate and reliable repairs. Thank you. My first choose for buying and servicing my cars.
