Fees are outrageous

How are you going to charge $3300 in fees for cars that are 15-20 years old. Literally adding half the value of the car onto the price tag. Pretty pathetic guys.

Sale you Lemon vehicle as a regular car knowingly.

Beware these people will try to sale you a car as almost new and pay almost full price, knowingly that the vehicle was branded a lemon. Vehicle was bought back because of its major issues just shy of 3k miles and they just put it back for sale as if nothing was wrong with. No disclaimer of it being a lemon or even discounted price for being a lemon.

2023 Tucson

Oskar Tytula helped me with my purchase of a 2023 Hyundai Tucson last week. Oskar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. For me, there is nothing more dissapointing in an automobile salesperson then when I know more about a vehicle than the salesperson. This did not, and will not happen with Oskar. He was professional and courteous and his follow up was always timely. After the car was delivered, Oskar made sure I was comfortable with all of its features and made himself available when I had additional questions. The team behind Oskar was also very helpful in finalizing the deal. As for the Tucson, I absolutely love this vehicle and couldn’t be happier. I look forward to driving the Tucson for years to come.

Great experience. Better than before

Henry at the service department is incredibly helpful. Helped me get my car running great and not trying to pressure me buying upsell items. I think they changed their management.

I purchased my 2018 Sonata at the Gregory Hyundai in

I purchased my 2018 Sonata at the Gregory Hyundai in Highland Park, IL along with an "extended warranty". On December 22nd 2022 during the extreme cold and winter storm conditions, my vehicle did not turn on. It was 7 pm, the only towing company willing to tow my vehicle would do so to the nearest Hyundai Dealer (Glenview, IL, 2 miles away from my location). According to the Glenview Hyundai Dealer and Horizon, the extended warranty company, it is common practice under unusual circumstances for the warranty-selling Dealer to authorize the repair at a different Hyundai Dealer. When the Gregory Dealer was contacted by both the Glenview Dealer and myself, they refused to authorize the repair. Their reason was that my car was not towed all the way to their location in Highland Park to be repaired. On December 30th, I personally went to the Gregory Hyundai Dealer to ask the manager to authorize the repair. He told me to write an email to Mr. Gregory Mauro, the owner of the Dealer, on vacation at the time. To date, I am yet to receive a response. I ended up having to pay the $1,000 repair myself although it should be 100% covered by the "extended warranty". What is the purpose of purchasing one when you can't use it, even within the same company??? The Gregory Hyundai Dealer in Highland Park, IL is excellent at selling cars and additional services, but provides horrible after-sales customer services. The only reason for giving them ONE star is so I could write this review. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER

Beware: $500 Out of State Charge

Beware of the price mark ups! The online price is to lure you in. Then the added cost moves the car from great deal to unfair. The most outrageous charge is a $500 out of state charge.

They have had several cars on there lot of 3 months or longer. I asked about pricing. When they found out I wasn't local, they decided they weren't going to sell any cars. Never met a dealer who didn't want to sell cars. My advice would be to avoid them.

Worst dealership! Stay away!!! I went to Gregory Hyundai to purchase a Maserati Lavante they acquired on a trade. The car sat on the lot for 2 months before I inquired about it. On Saturday, April 18, I traveled over an hour to see the car. After meeting Greg, the owner and test driving the car we agreed on a deal. I wanted a few scratches fixed and it was agreed upon. Greg, himself marked out the things I wanted fix. I was told the car would be ready on Thursday and that was the last time I heard from them. On Monday I called to make sure the car would be ready on Thursday and I couldn't get a straight answer. Every person I talked to had a different story on the status of the car. On Tuesday, I talked to Matt, the business manager and he that the car was sent out for a headrest....well Maserati doesn't stock this headrest. It needed to be ordered from Italy. So obviously the car was not sent to Italy. On Wednesday, I reached out Vanessa, she said the car was in the lot and I asked for her to send me photos of the work completed on the car... no response. On Thursday, I called and got Matt again... he said that was a small problem with the car...a porter blew the engine. He red lined it... so needless to say I would not want an exotic suv with a blown engine. I spoke to Greg on Thursday night and he said it was the first he heard of the issue, but they would have the engine fixed. On Saturday I received a Carfax notification that they sold the car. So you be the judge..blown engine, sent to Italy for a headrest, or just a bunch of lies from a shady dealership. Please beware... there are other reputable dealers out there.

Oil change

horrible, horrible crazy wait times for an oil change...I waited an hour and a half for my oil change...I had previously requested a tire rotation but canceled that a day before...at the time I bought my car, we bought the coupon book...I went to the service manager to talk to him and I asked to not be charged due to the inexcusable wait time...he declined saying "I can't just give u free service...at this point I was fuming...I asked where my car was and he said it was being washed...I told him to stop the wash and just get my car...I feel this place is a HUGE wast of time...they don't respect their customers and ...tell u all the things that are wrong with ur car...I know, most car places will do this...at any rate, needless to say I will throw my booklet coupons away ...please don't waste ur time here.
