Bought a brand new vw from you guys in less then 3 months check engine light on brought it in dropped it off like I was told by you guys to do!!! Rented a car from Enterprise after my car had been at your dealership for a week I called to be told come get your car are scanner is broke we can't pull the codes ! Then this is when your lies just started pouring since I had my car I've had it back 5 times with check engine light,oil light an I've paid out of pocket almost 700 dollars in a rental car!!!! My favorite time of getting my new car fixed there was when they told me they replaced the same sensor as the last time it was in an when I said that's weird your response there no way an that I didn't no what I was talking about until I went an got my paper out of car from last time!!!! Oh an oil light comes on is normal just need to put a few quarts in in between oil changes give me a brake it must be a two stroke lmao

Online buyer beware
Dealership was nice and clean. The problem I have is this was the first car that I flew to pick up and will be the last. I was lied to about several things on the car including damage to the body and 2 of the wheels along with several chips on the hood;windshield, grille and headlights. Looked like this car tailgated a gravel truck it’s entire life. Asked several times about damage and was shown nothing. This review would only apply if buying over the internet as thay are not truthful at all. Very disappointed.

Orem VW fraud
I called to get my car checked the girl at the front desk booked my appointment I told her everything that was wrong with my car and I asked her how much do you guys charge to check it. She said $100 dollars. I took my car in and decided not to get it fixed there and my bill was $253 dollars my advisor never told me they had to run all this test to check the car with Xtra cost. Also when i signed papers she said this is for the technician to check the car then they added the prices after i had signed that to me seems very illegal

Never had an issue with my car until they put their hands
Never had an issue with my car until they put their hands on it. Now my cruise control repeatedly goes out along with my remote start. We just tried to get it fixed again as scheduled. I even had to take my kid out of school because it’s my only family vehicle and my husband needed to take it so I’m not trapped at a dealership for hours with 4 young kids. Get there and they no longer had the time to fix it. We leave for vacation in a week with a long drive. What terrible people work here. By far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with.

This dealership got my car into get fixed in a very timely manner - in the hot summer they where going to recharge my ac. Then they found a Freon or coolant leak and had to change the compressor which they had in stock

Do not buy from this dealer! Made an appointment to test drive a "specific" vehicle, drove an hour and showed up on time. Inspected and test drove the vehicle and was ready to pay cash to finalize the deal. They then informed me that they had already sold the vehicle to another dealer and that I had to pay "$500" to cancel the sale in order to buy the vehicle! Who does this??? Very poor management!

Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Told the guys what I needed, they only serviced half the things I told him? Another week went by I had to reach out to see the status. Next they ruined my speedometer and horn, then recommended another shop to take it to! A joke really. Totally got ripped off

Just bought a vehicle and the staff is absolutely
Just bought a vehicle and the staff is absolutely amazing. Cory the Salesman and Cory the Sales Manager were easy to work with. It was a completely painless and quick which hasn't been the case with any other dealership I've worked with previously. Mollie and Chad, the finance Managers explained everything perfectly. I will gladly be coming back to work with this dealership for any future purchases!
