I was in a roll-over accident in my favorite car I've ever owned: a 2003 TDI Jetta Wagon. I walked away without a scratch and legitimately went through the grieving process over that wonderful car. It just couldn't be adequately replaced. However, when we walked in and told Margy about what happened and that we wanted anothe TDI wagon, she said, "You mean like this one?" and turned her computer screen so we could see it. It was a 2014 Jetta TDI Sportwagon that they had ordered that day, and she happened to be looking at it to familiarize herself with the incoming inventory. It was kismet. When it arrived the following Friday we test drove it to a fellow VW car-guru friend and he checked it over for us to make sure we weren't getting swindled. He said we'd be crazy not to make buy it at the price offered with the low mileage on the odometer. That was yesterday. Yes, we bought it. My husband and I took our 3 kids grocery shopping in it today. I'm thrilled with it, even though I still miss our older TDI. This is a good next car for us, and the whole process of buying it was as painless as possible. And everyone there was incredibly patient with my husband who always asks more questions than is probably necessary. We'll be back when we need an upgrade, trade-in, or just another car.
