The environment when you walk thru the door is Class, Quality, and a huge selection of Primo automobiles. Tony and his team are awesome. I worked with Josh who provided me with all the information to make my decision. No haggle price and I was out the door in 30 minutes. Josh filled my tank up with gas, washed my car and it was spotless. In addition, they gave me a cover for my new SC430 Lexus. They are a family operation and you feel the culture every time you visit the beautiful showroom. Louis processed the paperwork quickly. Josh handed me the keys. I thought I would write, even though I haven't picked up my Lexus yet. I know I'll be pleased with the exterior detailing I wrote into the contract, however, because Tony is at least as sensitive to automotive detail as I am. And I'm particular. This was a unique experience, from my initial phone contact to my visit to the showroom to having being given a strong ear to my detailed requirements. Good deal. Good dealership.

I was looking for a Mercedes S63 fully loaded with low miles I found the car on OC Autosource web site I called Louis Soto and after talking on the phone and sending Emails I felt so comfortable with Louis that I bought the car based on Picturs and Emails they got me a great shipping quote and told me I would have the car in a week or so I got it in 5 Days and the car is better then I expected
