I had a great experience at O.C. Autosource. Tony, the owner, personally helped me with the purchase of a Mercedes. There was no pressure and the price was fair. His support staff was very knowledgeable and kind. The paperwork was simple and fast, it took less than an hour (I did get pre-approved in advance). I was allowed to take the car to my mechanic for inspection and Tony promised to fix any major issues. It needed an auxiliary battery and also it only came with one key, so he said he would pay for both. I did not get this in writing, just a verbal promise. I got the extra key and new auxiliary battery and Tony paid me back without hassle. Definitely should take a look if looking for a highend vehicle!

I purchased a Porsche 911 Targa from Tony and his sales person Ayman a few months ago however, I still have not yet received the license plate nor has the lender received the title hence I am unable to refinance and I don’t want to drive the car with expired license plate. I have brought this issue to Tony’s attention a few times, but nothing has happened yet. I am hopeful this problem will be resolved soon at which time I shall consider removing this post .

The only staff that was helpful was Ayman. Everyone else was disrespectful and unprofessional. Especially Leo, he made side comments in the background of the phone complaining about me, as a customer who purchased a vehicle from there, saying that he did not want to deal with me when it was there job to finish my paperwork process. Tony wasn’t helpful either. He will keep giving you push back and say he’ll reach back out to you but never will. Then when you call, he’ll give you some xxxxxxxx answer. Would go back and purchase from only Ayman. Nobody else. Not even the female that works there. She was hella rude too.

I can't even explain it, what an amazing experience We had with Tony, from the first contract he put in a effort to get me what my dream truck was exactly that truck, the most exciting part he got me approved before I drove down to see it first , it was the most exciting experience and Maga Happy now! I want to give Tony I big MAGA thanks what a support team there" The Man"!!!

Beyond crooked. Took my car in on consignment. Never got the price or when they actually sold it. Believe the reviews your read. Beware of anything that does not have your signature on it. Make sure you know who has the title if you are buying or selling them a car.
