I bought a brand new truck in 2017.

I bought a brand new truck in 2017. Every time I try to schedule a service it takes over a month to get a return phone call. I’ve tried at least eight times in the last two weeks with no luck even after leaving messages with managers very poor service.

They don’t stand on what they sell, avoid this place like

They don’t stand on what they sell, avoid this place like the plague. Bought a used car, drove 22 days, quit working, dumped another $5,000 into it and still won’t run. They don’t return calls, managers are always busy(screwing someone else) and never return calls.

Do yourself a favor and avoid trying to buy a vehicle

Do yourself a favor and avoid trying to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They have their own version of "market value" and do not entertain any other offer. They are rude and unprofessional especially if you are an informed consumer. AVOID the headache of trying to deal with them.

Don't ever have any work done on your vehicles by these

Don't ever have any work done on your vehicles by these crooks! Had them replace front bearings since I was going on a long trip. Expected $50 to $60 each side for the bearings. Turns out they charged me $300 each side for just the bearings! Also paid for a front-end alignment. 300 miles down the road in another state I had to stop to get the front-end aligned again. Mechanic said he had never seen one so far out of alignment. My tires had worn down to the steel cords after only 300 miles. I was forced to buy a new set of tires. With full-time four-wheel drive I had to buy a set of 4 matching tires. DON'T LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR OR TRUCK!!!! I WILL SPEND THE REST MY LIFE BAD MOUTHING DILLION. THEIVING CROOKS!!! I wish the rating system would let me give them a Zero Star rating!!!

My pickup had a recall notice that was going to require a couple of days to repair. Dennis Dillon Service Tech, Evan, helped to make it as convenient as possible for my schedule. Finished when promised.
