Garbage dealer bloated prices for parts and labor.

Garbage dealer bloated prices for parts and labor. Recommending repairs that are not needed. These are the service folks that give them all a bad name. Then they emailed me on accident (oops, reply all) and admitted that they charge too much. They called me and didn't offer a solution, but asked me what I recommended. I recommended they lower their price and he just sat there without any help.

They were very helpful.

They were very helpful. Made sure I was comfortable and helped me with everything. And when we were finally able to sign the paperwork to finish up, they got me in and out quickly!

I just bought a 2025 Ram 1500 @ Dennis Dillon.

I just bought a 2025 Ram 1500 @ Dennis Dillon. Zane was great! Actually the whole process was excellent, and I am not one to enjoy the stress of car buying. BTW, they are very competitive with prices and service. This was my second time using them in 10 years. Both positive experiences.

Dennis Dillion Dodge Ram Dealership on Cleveland did a great job of taking care of my family yet again. The staff took great car of us from Logan our salesperson to Jacob our finance guy. Eric the sales manager was great and even got to meet Cheryl in service whom my mom has spoken so highly of for years. Everyone was great and I will be back again. Thank you to your entire team.

Won't return phone calls.

Won't return phone calls. Left 3 messages for the finance dept. Now I have to drive there. 106 miles round trip. Basically to ask a question about a refund.

Scammy financial department put us in a bad loan interest

Scammy financial department put us in a bad loan interest rate with 5/3 bank, they've been nothing but trouble for servicing our loan. Our Jeep Cherokee turned out to be questionable quality, only 2.5 years in and the transmission clunks and clanks, it feels like it's going to pop anyday now. I regret buying a jeep there.

I bought a new Ram in 2017.

I bought a new Ram in 2017. Purchased the extended warranty. The salesman told me if i never use it in the 7 years, that i will get full refund. He looked me in the eyes and we shook hands. Now its time for a full refund and the dealership does not want to pay me back. Such dishonesty in this. I was cheated out of $1375.00. Also took several weeks to get to the right person in the U.S. that speaks fluent english to get our money back. I do not want to buy from a dealership that lies to my face. I am taking my family's business to Dave Smith in Kellog, Id.

Awful service!

Awful service! Recall on my Ram, scheduled oil change and recall work. Picked up vehicle and did the oil change but never did the recall work as they did not have time. Rescheduled three weeks later, they stated it would take two days! No loaner vehicles while they are doing the recall work. Bring vehicle in, they kept the vehicle for two days and never did the recall work. Said they did not have a technician and I would need to reschedule in the coming weeks.” No manager on duty” and called and called an left voicemails and no returned calls. Just awful

Unbelievable - bought a 2017 Durango and within a month

Unbelievable - bought a 2017 Durango and within a month the sunroof shattered while driving. No impact or issues, just broke and dumped glass on my wife and daughter. Called the dealer and couldn’t get anybody for a few days, until Jacob finally got the phone. He got me in touch with Jackie, who leads their service dept (or at least for my car was in charge) A few days later the car is at the dealer, it’s 2 weeks out from repair, and I have to pay $1,500 after already paying $21,000 for the car and then buying the warranties to try and prevent THIS exact thing. Really??? Not even 30 days and I have to come back to you, because my warranties state if I get outside work besides routine (oil and tires) I could void the plan. So I’m boxed into the sale, but xxx?? Warranties, new purchase, certified pre-owned quality, literally all worthless in the face of the gaping hole in my car roof. Beware, don’t buy here, will update if they decide to help or if it gets worse.
