I bought a new Ram in 2017.

I bought a new Ram in 2017. Purchased the extended warranty. The salesman told me if i never use it in the 7 years, that i will get full refund. He looked me in the eyes and we shook hands. Now its time for a full refund and the dealership does not want to pay me back. Such dishonesty in this. I was cheated out of $1375.00. Also took several weeks to get to the right person in the U.S. that speaks fluent english to get our money back. I do not want to buy from a dealership that lies to my face. I am taking my family's business to Dave Smith in Kellog, Id.

Awful service!

Awful service! Recall on my Ram, scheduled oil change and recall work. Picked up vehicle and did the oil change but never did the recall work as they did not have time. Rescheduled three weeks later, they stated it would take two days! No loaner vehicles while they are doing the recall work. Bring vehicle in, they kept the vehicle for two days and never did the recall work. Said they did not have a technician and I would need to reschedule in the coming weeks.” No manager on duty” and called and called an left voicemails and no returned calls. Just awful

Unbelievable - bought a 2017 Durango and within a month

Unbelievable - bought a 2017 Durango and within a month the sunroof shattered while driving. No impact or issues, just broke and dumped glass on my wife and daughter. Called the dealer and couldn’t get anybody for a few days, until Jacob finally got the phone. He got me in touch with Jackie, who leads their service dept (or at least for my car was in charge) A few days later the car is at the dealer, it’s 2 weeks out from repair, and I have to pay $1,500 after already paying $21,000 for the car and then buying the warranties to try and prevent THIS exact thing. Really??? Not even 30 days and I have to come back to you, because my warranties state if I get outside work besides routine (oil and tires) I could void the plan. So I’m boxed into the sale, but xxx?? Warranties, new purchase, certified pre-owned quality, literally all worthless in the face of the gaping hole in my car roof. Beware, don’t buy here, will update if they decide to help or if it gets worse.

Service Department was great, got my vehicle in on time

Service Department was great, got my vehicle in on time and actually got the job done faster than I expected, all service writers were attentive to my needs and kept me well informed.

Will not return phone calls.

Will not return phone calls. Service department is a joke. their 125 point inspection is a joke. they will try to rip you off with the third brake light scam. the insurance they sell isn't worth the paper its written on.

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend them to fix anything with

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend them to fix anything with your vehicles. We had our truck brought in for a recall and we wanted the recall fixed and hoped it would fix the truck. They ran a diagnostic and said there were other things wrong with the truck. But we did not ask them to do that. Only to fix the recall. We went to pick up the truck and they charge me a $200+ diagnostic fee. When again, we DID NOT ASK FOR THAT. Also, before running the diagnostic they should have called and asked if we wanted that done. Oh and it would be $200. The quote to fix the “other problems” was $3,000 for just labor. AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. And the girl at the desk was absolutely rude and put it in stone we will never do business with them again.

I had an excellent experience here. Sales, finance, and management were all fantastic to work with, and I never felt pressured. Zane was wonderful to work with!

I bought a brand new truck in 2017.

I bought a brand new truck in 2017. Every time I try to schedule a service it takes over a month to get a return phone call. I’ve tried at least eight times in the last two weeks with no luck even after leaving messages with managers very poor service.
