I made an appt to have the transmission serviced and oil changed in my 2018 Ram 2500. The doors opened at exactly 730 and I was met by John from the service dept. I told him what I neded done and also asked him to check for anything else he would suggest. John called me a couple hours later and told me the transfer case/ front and rear differentials looked like they had not been serviced. John completed that service for me too. I told John I would be there before closing but could be close to 530. My truck was parked outside and ready to go. His customer service was excellent. Thank you.
