We were very pleased with the attention John Brown paid to us when we couldnt get our Nitro to start. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road again.

Richard Darnell

I found the experience of buying a new Jeep Gladiator very good. The salesman ( Gunner Koval ) was good at his job and good to work with, no running back and forth to a sales manager. The price was the price and it was the best I could fined. It did take a little longer than I thought it should, but then again with all the people doing business that day it wasn't bad. Cameron Belcher was informative and easy to work with. He was eager to help and did not over pressure to sale the extended warranty, he was there to help the customer. All the people working there were great. All in all it was the best experience of buying a vehicle I have ever had. I would and have recommended Dennis Dillon to others. By the way I traveled over 500 miles to buy from these guys and glade I did.

LOF please

Stopped in for an oil change and the truck ahead of me was just coming off the rack, lucky no wait. The total experience exceeded my expectations. Didn't have time to watch the news on the television in the waiting room because the service team knew how to get the job done right. Staff was very personable and made the time enjoyable sharing stories. Will definitely be going back for my next service.

Very competent service department.

This time a minor repair. But in November they saved my bacon. Only ones that could discover what was wrong with my truck. Took it to 2 other repair shops and they were clueless. It was a rare and complicated issue but they got it done.

The little things mean a lot

I needed to get a set of mud flaps installed on my 2019 Caravan, so I went to Dennis Dillon---as usual. The whole project went seamlessly from beginning to end. Since they didn't have any in-stock, they had them shipped in from Portland---took less than 24 hours. When I inquired about getting them installed, the service department indicated that it would take over a week to get an appointment, but then said that they would be more than happy to install them without an appointment since it wouldn't take very long to do the job when they arrived. The next morning, I received a call from the parts department they had arrived, so I went and picked them up. The service department said that it would be just a few minutes to get them installed---sure enough, about 25 minutes later I was on my way---it seemed like it took more time to do the paperwork than the job. The whole process took less than 20 hours from beginning to end---service with a smile!
