worst experience buying a car.. so bad we left
went in to try and purchase a vehicle but. As we walk in no one even acknowledges us which is strange because usually dealerships everyone's like a hawk it was extremely ghetto and I'm from the ghetto and it was definitely worse than where lived. which I have excellent credit and 20 grand down there idiots for letting us walk out but we had to .. they definitely to work on their customer service we ended up just purchasing a vehicle through Enterprisedefinitely a better clean professional experience it was amazing I definitely recommend them

Felt like we got a very good deal on a Camry
Our sales rep Isaiah was awesome across the board. Very responsive, friendly and NOT pushy which can be make or break for me. My only complaint is the time it took to finally get to the Finance dept and complete the paperwork. We planned to buy the car that morning, arrived at 5:30pm and didn't get out of there until after 9. I would definitely buy a car from Hertz again though.
Felt like we got a very good deal on a Camry

Not buying from this place
Sales person seemed not to know much about the car. To get financing paperwork ready to sign took a long time. To cancel GAP insurance I called several times, left messages but no one returned my calls. I drove over an hour to get here to speak to someone regarding cancellation GAP insurance. I’ve been here since 11:30am and it’s 12:55pm and still waiting, several other customers ahead of me waiting too. Now I’m shopping for another car but I won’t be buying from this place

Bought a car on Dec. 12, 2018, great experience.
Dec. 13, 2018. Let's start at the beginning. I am a senior Citizen in Loma Linda by Redlands. About a month ago I went to a local Honda dealer ( no name here.) On the quotation the salesman added a $2,500 Maintenance agreement and $900.00 gap insurance without telling me about it, I walked out. On Dec. 12, 2018 I walked into the Hertz sales at 7750 Indiana Ave. In Riverside, Ca. I spoke to Mr. Chris Knighton and asked him if he had a Chevy Impala. He directed me to one on the lot which was a Gorgeous Metallic dark blue, exactly what my wife and I wanted. It was loaded with every electronic device know to mankind. The dash lit up like a Boeing 787 Dream liner. The price was five to seven thousand dollars less than any other dealers in the area. He did not load up the contract with extras. He EXPLAINED AND ASKED ME if I wanted any extra warranty and gap insurance. After I spent time looking at the Math. I agreed and added the extras. My credit score was 761 so they beat my military credit union's interest rate. Amazing. Mr. Rizwan Azam the financial man gave me an awesome deal and my wife and I are very pleased with our purchase. He was kind and gracious with me and answered any question I had in a professional manner. Honesty is expected. These men along with the man in the back room who drew up the contract were helpful, professional, friendly and took every opportunity to set me up with the car of are dreams. The Impala is the car that my wife and I wanted. Not a sports car as so many young people want, that jostle and bounce around and make every pebble on the road feel like a big rock. We wanted the smooth ride and we got it. I believe from my many years of teaching and simply living life that those complainers want everybody to baby them and provide snacks and a big fancy waiting room like a big car dealership. Remember folks, those big million dollar dealership buildings are paid for my you the buying public who will pay one hundred fifty dollars for an oil change and buy super retail. Hertz is selling you a car at a slim margin. Give them a break. They are a great outfit. Mr. Knighton and Mr. Azam and the contract's man in the rear made me feel like a family member. Mr. Knighton's personality was such that I truly call him my friend. These people were honest beyond reproach. I would highly recommend anybody to buy a car from them. Of course one has to check out ANY car before buying. They certainly did a great job on their inspection. Remember, people abuse rental cars. I bought an excellent 5 year, 60,000 mile bumper to bumper warrant. God bless them. This is the kind of people and company that make America great. Respectfully, Jim Cook Loma Linda, CA.

Worst rental experience I have ever had
Terrible service the whole team was unhelpfull.... Don't rent out a car if you don't have the car onsite. If the car is wrecked from another customer why does this affect the customer. Why not have a spare rental ?

Not the dealer for me
The cars at this dealer are not kept in test drive condition. They were dirty inside and out despite setting up the test drive several days in advance. Yes, I know I was looking at past rental cars but the cosmetics of the cars that I looked at needed work due to rust, dents, and scratches on every car that I looked at. I was not taken on the fwy during the test drive which is a huge negative because I was not able to drive the car over 40mph. I was told over the phone that I could take the car to a local mechanic to have it checked out but when I arrived I was initially told that it was not allowed then told I could only take it for one hour like they were doing me a favor. The carpet in the car was filthy even though they said it had been cleaned but I was offered a new set of rugs. I was all set to purchase a vehicle with the promise of future dent repairs even though I would have to bring the car back to have it done at a undisclosed date and I live two hours away. I was offered an interest rate higher than any other dealer that I had been to and they let me walk out the door because they said they couldn't lower the monthly paymentto what I wanted so it's their loss. In my opinion they don't value their customers time or money.

Unethical & Incompetent Dealership. Buyer beware!
I've been corresponding with the Hertz Riverside Dealership regarding the purchase of a vehicle. They quoted me a price in writing for a specific vehicle on their lot. When it came down to the purchase order, suddenly the price of the same exact vehicle increased by $1,100, and they were unwilling to honor their written offer. I find this completely unethical. I would not do business with this dealership as not only are they unethical, their internet sales team is completely incompetent. Every communication I had with them took 48 hours or longer for them to reply or return my call.

Honestly the best experience you'll have buying a car. My salesman Antoine Fiveash (Tony) was awesome. Non stressful environment and friendly faces. Tony talked to me like a real person and not just another sale. I walked out happy with my new car I got for a killer deal!! I'll be back for my next car
