Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville!

Great experience at Muller Acura of Merrillville! Juele went above and beyond answering the questions I had about a CPO vehicle they had for sale. I was 50 miles away in IL, so we couldn't easily pop in to check it out. We were very sensitive to things like ex-smoker vehicles, and Juele went out to the vehicle, running the A/C, and looking for stains. I could hear the car running in the background as she checked (and it was not a smokers vehicle). Then when I was able to come into the dealership on the weekend, it was pulled into a bay inside since it was threatening rain that morning. I was able to take all the time I needed to inspect and test drive the vehicle. When it came to negotiating the deal, there was some back and forth on price and trade that was very amicable, and they were very willing to send me detailed OTD price before I drove out there. We ironed out the remaining details when I was there, without a lot of the normal "salesmanship/posturing" most dealers do. And all along the way, Juele and their team were calling out any "gotchas" that may come up with an IL person buying from IN dealer, which was very appreciated. The rest of the tean there, from the finance manager to other sales people, were very friendly and no nonsense. For any future friends and family, I'd steer them to this team for their next purchases in a heartbeat.

I went in for my A1 service, approaching 45,000 miles on

I went in for my A1 service, approaching 45,000 miles on my 2019 TLX aspec. I had a $10 off oil change coupon which they accepted no problem, I was also advised of an open recall for the fuel pump, which I’m aware of and has been out for some time now but Acura never supplied enough parts to perform the recall unless it failed. I was told they are now able to perform it so I had them Complete that while I was in there. What was supposed to be a couple hour job now turned into 3 as a connection was right causing my fuel gauge not to register so the technician had to disassemble it again to correct that. I’m happy he noticed it before I left so that at least saved me another trip back. The service advised gave me another $10 off for my time, which was I was totally appreciative of and didn’t even have to ask. I would recommend Muller Acura for your service needs.

Excellent service, very attentive ti my concerns.

Excellent service, very attentive ti my concerns. I would highly recommend . I appreciate getting a loaner while my car was being serviced. Jaylin was very polite and accommodating. Too bad that the closest Cura dealer to me is in Merrillville Indiana - i live in Michigan
