My representative came over explained what services I was going to receive, he gave me the time frame and an estimate of the charges, which I appreciated knowing. He directed me to the lounge and offered me coffee, water, snacks. The lounge/waiting area was clean and tidy and comfortable. I was notified my car was ready and I was on my way. Easy!
