This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased. BEST experience! Parker White was great to work with and explained everything as we went through the process. Also, thanks to Mike Higgins and Jose in the Service Department.

I arrived was greeted and attended to oretty quickly,

I arrived was greeted and attended to oretty quickly, they were busy. My representative came over explained what services I was going to receive, he gave me the time frame and an estimate of the charges, which I appreciated knowing. He directed me to the lounge and offered me coffee, water, snacks. The lounge/waiting area was clean and tidy and comfortable. I was notified my car was ready and I was on my way. Easy!

Process was very long, choose of vehicles was excellent.

Process was very long, choose of vehicles was excellent. Price was competitive with market. Would have preferred to have used my own shipping company and processed the paper work locally it would have saved $1300 in cost from Kendall costs.

I recently had my car serviced at Kendall Chevrolet, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Despite the 45-minute drive to get there, I will never go anywhere else for service again. The communication was exceptional — clear, concise, and consistent throughout the entire process. Unlike my previous experience at another service provider, where I had to make multiple calls and chase updates, the team at Kendall Service kept me informed every step of the way. The level of service was truly top-notch, and I felt valued as a customer from start to finish. Even though there is a service provider just 10 minutes away, the professionalism, transparency, and overall quality of service at Kendall made it absolutely worth the extra drive. Kendall went above and beyond, providing a best-in-class experience at an excellent value. I’m beyond satisfied and will definitely be returning for any future service needs. Highly recommend!
