I found a car we wanted on KBB.com that was at the Kendall Auto Mall. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online and under these conditions. Tim Crowley was a true professional and very helpful. The team at Kendall Auto Mall all practiced Social Distancing and made me feel very comfortable. I was so impressed with Kendall, I scheduled to have my brakes done by their Service Department on my other vehicle

2020 Chevrolet Equinox
The process was fine. It took a while to negotiate but Norm Puga (the manager) took control and closed the deal. The salesman (Tim Crowley) was knowledgeable and helped us through the process. This was my seventh vehicle from this dealer and I will be back.

Went to AutoZone
Check engine light went on... The service representatives seemed to be too busy talking to each other. When I was able to talk to someone, I was told that there were too many cars ahead of me to diagnosis the issue (i.e. look up the code on the computer). I was told, "Bring it back tomorrow and we might be able to get to it, but can't make any promises". I left and went to AutoZone. They hooked it up to a computer and 10 minus later I had an answer.
