Aki Tareen was a very knowledgeable and corteous salesman. We test drove 3 R types, and decided on a 2011 R350. The price was better than anywhere I found for a compareable car. I am really happy with the purchase and I love the car.

My experience working with Chris was outstanding. Chris was extraordinarily accomodating and helpful in the process of having my Bentley Azure serviced. From pick up to delivery, Chris was attentive and sensative to the issues at hand as well as negotiating a fair charge for the services provided. I would highly recommed this service department to everyone and anyone.

I recently purchased a pre-owned 2009 Mercedes-Benz E350. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I requested was ready for a test drive (a feature not found in Mercedes of Tysons Corner). The sales representative Mr. Akmal Tareen was very professional, polite, and knowledgable about the car. Everything was done in a timely manner. And I am more than satisfied with Euromotorcars Bethesda and looking forward to this dealer for my future mercedes cars.

I have had repeated trouble with my C280, and Richard Strickland has been unbelievable in helping and trying to figure out the problem. I almost think it is worth it to get a Mercedes for the customer service alone! (It is a huge part of owning a car!)

These guys may be able to sell you a car, but that does...

These guys may be able to sell you a car, but that does not mean they know how to fix one correctly or in a timely manner. Had I known this, I would never have taken the car there after a guy hit me in a parking lot and they are taking their sweet time fixing it. Yesterday I went to the shop and found that they were trying to get my insurance company to pay for what they are calling damage to the car that was not caused by the incident which happened on march 3rd, but rather charge either them or me for buffing out every nick and scrape every encountered by the vehicle when average road dust hits it. Nice try guys, but now I'm onto your scheme and it's just wrong and unethical. Right about now I'm ready to go to the media and call these guys out on the scam they are running.... The vehicle is leased from their dealership as well and I'm thinking that the only reason they are doing all this extra work is because they think they see a sucker and are trying to take both customer and insurance company for a ride. I know I'm not going to pay for all this unsolicited extra work and I wouldn't expect my insurance company to do so either, so they can take this car and shove it up their rear. Mercedes Benz Financial services is also being a pain and expects you to pay for the car even when it's going to take months to get it back, while refusing to provide a loaner of any type or move those months to the back of the lease. As for the xxxxxx who hit me, and yes, he was at fault, lying to your insurance company is not going to get you very far and because no one wants to take responsibility for this, I'm stuck in the middle without a car to drive. Seems at the end of this, I'm going to just walk away from the car and Mercedes Benz can now try and re-sell a car that has now been damaged.... good luck with that. As for my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, it might be nice to actually show up when called by the body shop within a week of taking the message..... and as for State Farm insurance, perhaps you should think twice before insuring a person whose car has already been in a few accidents and realize that backing out of a parking space at full force while on your cell phone does not make your driver the innocent party here, in fact, that would make him the party at fault. Lastly, just an FYI for all you out there: if some dude hits you backing out of a space in a parking lot while you are just looking to park, when the police show up they are going to tell you that they have no jurisdiction and are no help at all. So I ask you all this: if I'm walking through a parking lot and some driver hits me, does this mean that just because I'm walking through a private parking lot for an office building or retail area that the police we pay their salaries for are just going to tell us that it's outside their responsibility? The answer is a big fat YES.

Excellent Dealership. They know what "Customer Service" means, truly professional. I would ONLY buy from this dealership. My last car was delivered to me in Florida, you can't beat that. That made everything seamless. I am busy and don't have time to deal with the small things, they made it such an easy process. Again excellent dealership.

I have purchased 3 cars from Euromotors, and each has been serviced there for many years. (One of my cars has 295,000 miles on it!!) I continue to have my service done by them because of the knowledgeable, courteous service advisers and quality of the work done. My experiences have uniformly been positive. As with anything mechanical, on occasion they have been unable to find the "problem" that I wanted them to fix (like intermittant noises). On such occasions, I am contacted by a service adviser and given the option of continuing to use their (FREE) Mercedes loaner car while they try to replicate the problem, or to pick up my car. They have also offered to have me drive with their mechanic on a test drive to demonstrate the concern. Ultimately, regardless of the problem, my car has been properly repaired, and I feel good knowing that it has been worked on by mechanics who are specifically trained by Mercedes to work on Mercedes cars. AND, when I do pick up my car, I get back a freshly washed vehicle!!! As with anything, good service and highly trained people come at a cost. I accept that having my car worked on by specially trained mechanics costs more than if I took it to a gas station or independent mechanic who has not been trained by Mercedes or overseen by its management. There is also an advantage to having the same dealer work on all my cars. They know my cars and me, and if I have a concern, they WILL solve the problem. Given my consistently positive experiences at Euromotors, I would not take my cars anyplace else.

I was very disappointed in the reception I received when I walked into this dealership. Several staff were standing around the reception area chatting with the receptionist who looked at me like "what do you want." I finally had to ask if anyone was going to help me. The experience improved after Elenora Dean was called to assist me. She listened to my needs, made recommendations that made sense, made trading in my car easy, and overall was very responsive to my calls and e-mails. I would recommend Elenora to others. I'm disappointed though, that after the manager and others made such a big deal out of visiting the service department, that it has received such negative reviews. It makes me think twice about having my car serviced there. If I have a bad service experience it is unlikely that I will lease or buy another car there. We shall see.

The salesman, Steve Lutsky came across as condescending and rude. He told me things that I found unbelievable regarding illegal exporting of the GL550 to Africa and the Middle East as the reason for the high demand and the difficulty finding one, but I didn't want to find one, I wanted to order one--this is what I told him 2 months earlier when I first spoke with him and took a test drive. Another MB dealer made me feel much more welcome and I'm glad I went elsewhere. The other dealer did less pontificating and focused on me by asking questions, listening and talking not just to hear himself talk but to clearly and politely answer my questions. He seemed to know what Steve didn't; that he needs me and I don't need him. It was definitely a good choice to drive 15 miles farther for the better customer experience.
