The entire experience was incredible! It was my first time at a car dealership, so I was a little nervous. But walking through the process with John put me totally at ease. Before going up, I called ahead about the car, and John ensured I knew it was a manual transmission, so I didn't drive up without that knowledge. When I arrived, John led me to the car they had pulled out, and handed me the keys to let me drive it around the neighborhood. But as I had trouble getting it out of 1st gear, he asked if I needed help. He ended up giving me an in-depth lesson on how to drive a stick-shift--at least 30min out of his day. The bargaining process was easy--John was very kind. Good salesman, but a good kind of pushy, and it worked because we both knew he was giving me a good deal. And just to show you his great customer service, a good hour after closing, as we were still bargaining, I discovered I had "lost" my driver's license, so we drove back to one of our practicing places to see if it had fallen out....and then I found my license was in my purse all along. You know a salesman is good-natured and kind-hearted when he can laugh with you over something that ridiculous. Then, he let me drive my "new" car off the lot, and offered to keep my old vehicle even though we had agreed not to do a trade-in. He ended up keeping the old vehicle for me in their extra lot for 4 weeks, since their on-site parking is so small, until I could get back and pick up the old vehicle. And he had it brought back to their actual lot so it was a quick and easy process to pick up the title and the old vehicle. I cannot say enough about what a pleasant and great experience it was! I definitely recommend this dealership and John. I haven't been to other car lots, but I am so very grateful this was my first experience! I definitely plan on going back. John, you did it--you won my business!

AutoWorld definitely took care of me with purchasing my first car!! They trusted to me to test drive three cars that I was interested in and I bought the one that fit me besst!! They were extremely helpful and nice and there was no "getting over" from them!

John went above and beyond to make sure our car buying process was a breeze. John sent us to the credit union told us who to ask for and we got approved on the spot. We are loving our New GMC Yukon Denali XL, It was definitely worth the drive from Clarksville. We would highly recommend people to buy from here. They are up front with you and honest!!! Very happy and pleased with my vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and I feel John went far above the call to help me get my car financed with a bank out of state. I could feel that he actually cared about me on a personal level opposed to your typical shark salesman who wanted a profit and was making sure that I was comfortable with the money I was spending. I feel confident that I will have a solid car that will last me years to come, and when it's time to purchase another I will be back at Auto World to buy from John.

First, Auto World is the first and last place I will ever buy a car. My friend and I came in for the first time to look at buying a car. I had no credit and no down payment. John was honest with me. He gave me a list of five things that I needed to bring in next time and one of those things was a smile. The personality and the vibes of this place is incredible. Six months later, I came back. I spoke with John again and told him that I had the five things. All I had with me was a small down payment, insurance, better credit than before(still not the best), and a smile. I was surprised at how diligent he was in not giving up on me. Needless to say, I got the car of my dreams! He even took my old car off of my hands! If you're thinking about going to see John at Auto World, it will save you plenty of time. I highly suggest this for you!

These guys are great!! John knows the business in and out and only wants what is best for his clients. He was great to do business with and was straight with me on things throughout the process that I was unfamiliar with. His staff is also great and they work hard to make everyone feel relaxed and comfortable. Purchasing a new or new to you vehicle can be so stressful and these guys know how to make it a pleasant experience. I LOVE my new ride and I will definitely be going back to these guys in the future!!

When I walked in the sales staff were professional and courteous. I want to personally thank all the staff for working with me to purchase this vehicle as well as working with my lender to allow a great deal. As a single MOM with 3 Children, I was not taken advantage of. The vehicle was super clean and priced very well. I looked at a comparable vehicle that was not even anywhere close to the condition of this one and was priced so much more. thank you and I will be back.
