I went in to look around for a Kia Optima but I was very skeptical about buying. When I was helped by Angel Naranjo he helped me to buy my very first 2016 optima. Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. It amazed me on how helpful and comfortable he made me feel about purchasing my optima. If only there were more salesman like Angel. I hugely recommend Kia of Alhambra for they're professionalism and great salesman!!

I was shopping at Kia Alhambra on Saturday March 25 2017. Sales person Alex was very nice but when it was time to sit with financial person he did not seem to be interested that I wanted to buy a car. Mind you that my credit was not the best he could have been a little nicer. He told me to get a co signer and come back. I was really bummed. I came back on Monday March 26 2017 with a co signer who's credit was in the high 600's. Same financial person assisted me again he did not treat us nicely and I asked the sales man what was wrong with him and he said his stomach? didn't feel well so guess what the customer got the bad end of the stick. I would never recommend Kia Alhambra to anyone.

It was easy and actually a really great experience. A nice surprise. The team really wanted to make sure we were taken care of. We got a great deal and super appreciated it. We actually look forward to our first oil change. Imagine that.

Gustavo Montufar was very nice. Appreciated the fact that he was not a pushy sales consultant and gave us our space to make a decision.

Every single person that works there is professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience easy, efficient, and one that exceeded my expectations. Gaby was on top of every detail from the first phone call, throughout the process, and continuing with following up to make sure everything was great once the process was over. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and went out of her way to listen to my needs and get me exactly the deal I wanted. Luis made the finance process simple and efficient and also went above and beyond excellent customer service to make sure myself and my family were happy. I would give them my highest recommendation!

Fernando was such a great help. Through the whole process, I never felt forced or like I couldn't leave without buying a car. Being that it was my first purchase I was extremely nervous, but he was awesome and he was honest about everything. I was looking to trade in my leased 2015 Kia Optima that Kia of Glendale sold us but they gave us no options. When I went into KIA OF ALHAMBRA I was amazed on how helpful their team was. They wanted to really help knowing my current situation. You can feel and see the honesty from them unlike what I experienced in car pros Kia of Glendale. We ended up with a new contract for a 2017 Kia Forte with lower payment. They also let me cosing. Everyone who helped us was amazing. Ned was patient and understanding he never forced something on us we couldn't finanacially accomplish. Overall I would like to thank Abby for directing us the the general manager with our situation and helping us get it resolved every step of the way. I would definitely do business with them again.
