I bought a Ridgeline at the Orem location.

I bought a Ridgeline at the Orem location. The process was very professional and all of the staff were wonderful. I have one concern, however, and that has to do with the location for the windshield that I needed to have replaced. I understand that the windshield will need recalibration when it is installed, but does the location to do this have to be so creepy. I am an older woman, but even if I was younger I would feel uncomfortable meeting up with someone in a row of warehouses. Originally, I was told that this windshield change could be done at my home and that was wonderful to hear. Now, I need to go to a location to meet up with someone I don't know and wait for at least two hours while the windshield is installed and calibrated. This is my only complaint. Everything else at the dealership was great.

Brought in my car when every warning and emergency light

Brought in my car when every warning and emergency light came on all at once. I knew it had to be electrical (spark plugs or something), but I purchased the car just over a year ago and still had all the major warranties. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and assured me that after looking at my warranties, I should be covered. They took the car for a few hours and came back and said it was indeed the spark plugs. They informed me that my warranties do not cover this since it is maintenance. This is totally fine. Now for the bad review part and a warning to anyone using this service center. Don't! I asked how much it would be to replace my spark plugs since my warranty did not cover the repairs. They quoted me $1,300 and some change. This is actually robbery Lol. They prey on folks who don't know any better. Well, I know better. They said the labor charge would be 4.5 hours coming to over $700, almost $800. They said parts (4 spark plugs) would come to $395. My favorite was the Miscellaneous charge for $45. Said it was for shop supplies...Wow. I took my car back. Bought 4 high end spark plugs for $12 each. Spent 25 minutes of my own time replacing my own plugs and my cars emergency and warning lights went out and it is running beautifully. I understand that a business needs to make money, but not this. You are charging $395 for $12 parts you get on wholesale as a dealership. You stated the labor would be 4.5 hours when it took me (not crazy experienced) 25 minutes. You were going to charge me $45 for shop supplies. Am I paying for your guys to have the best hand washing experience ever after they get the job done? What shop supplies past parts are you charging me for? And of course, tax brought it to a nice round number of $1300. It cost me $55 and 25 minutes. I would have maybe paid $200 to have them do it and save the hassle but not $1300....for spark plugs. Makes me so sad that places like this take advantage of folks who don't know any better. Get on google and check how much the parts are and how much time it takes on average before you get robbed by Ken Garff Honda Orem or any similar location.

Purchased a $48,000 Passport from Ken Garff Honda of

Purchased a $48,000 Passport from Ken Garff Honda of Orem. Called up for the first oil change and they refused to get me in for another week. That's not express service as listed on their building and there are dozens of Lube shops that get me in while I wait. Honda of Orem thinks an Oil Change should be just a difficult as booking a doctors appointment. The doctor is really busy. Took my passport to Larry H Miller in Murray and I was in and out in 45 minutes. That's express service!

Outstanding

These guys are always excellent. That’s the only place I ever take our pilot to get serviced. Normally I don’t like to use a dealership because they seem more expensive, but these guys are priced right and they do a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for service as well as purchase.

Car break repair after snapped studs

They were able to get the car fixed in a decent amount of time. Cost is a little higher than a mom and pop shop but you pay for the pros and the guarantee.

Buying a new car

Buying a car is always stressful. I appreciated how Rick helped me choose a car and when it came, he took the time to show me the features.

Awesome work and help as always!

Scott and Brandi have always been awesome! Recently, I’ve had a lot of the 100K milestone maintenance done. Services are competitively priced. I love that they warranty their work although I’ve never had an issue with their work.

I was so pleased with the help I received from Rick

I was so pleased with the help I received from Rick Dawson. He was helpful in every way and stayed in contact with me regarding the van I was looking at. He called me several times and texted with different details. He was a pleasure to work with and was truly concerned about finding me the right vehicle.

Great buying experience!

Paul Stewart is a phenomenal car salesperson! While I was test driving cars, he provided informative details about the vehicle. He delivered great customer service by listening to me and focusing on what I wanted out of the car buying experience. Very happy with my new purchase!
