Horrible repair service
I called 4 times, each time promising they would have someone call me back- they never did. When I eventually got an appointment, the first time they did the work, it was so shoddy the part fell off on the drive home. I set up a second appointment. I stayed in the building because they said it would be only two hours, and ended up sitting there for four hours. They claimed they "misquoted" me the first time, and charged me $100 more for the service than originally quoted. Would not recommend.

Honda Hrv buying review
Ken Garff Orem did a fine job of finding a car to suite my needs. They were also helpful with finding a payment option that worked with me
Honda has really nice employees and always gets the job done fast and there’s never any surprises. They are awesome and I only go to them for my service needs.
The service rep. was friendly, informative, and efficient in describing the oil change and any potential findings during examination. I was out in an hour.
Every time I’ve taken my car to Garff Honda in Orem to be serviced I’ve been delighted. Their work is top-notch, fast and dependable. It’s refreshing to have a dealer that you trust to take you car to for servicing!
I am usually very happy with the service provided at this location. However,upon receiving my car I do not feel like inspections on the car were made. The tire pressure was never checked and while driving on our way home from the dealership, the tire pressure light came on. With what we paid, that should of been checked off correctly.

Regular Advantage Care servicing.
McKay and other staff were polite, respectful and professional. Waiting area and amenities were exceptional. I've utilized the "Advantage Care" service plan here at Honda Orem's service center for years and plan to continue. I love the very helpful diagnostic printout, and appreciate the free car wash coupon.
Beyond great service
Great job...Cant remeber the guys name that helped me but the whole service was easy ...Thank you Honda Employees. Ill be back for another oil change.
Oil change and tire rotation
We love having our Honda Odyssey serviced at Ken Garff of Orem. They are always prompt and courteous. The facility is clean, inviting and comfortable.
Helpful and friendly, courteous, kind, cheerful, trustful. Great work. I had to call them tho. Have a nice day. The ride to Orem is a bit too long but I like these guys.
