    Bought a Pilot yesterday and was impressed by the way they addressed all my questions. Bob was particularly helpful and informative. I never felt pressured... and unlike some other car dealers, they were respectful and gave me time to make my decisions .

    Had to leave car multiple days due to mechanic’s lack of knowledge and communication in repairing our Honda. Was given the run-around that car was... fixed when it wasn’t. Called Carli the manager of Ken Garff Honda in Orem and was treated the way customers should be treated. She gave personalized service that made all repairs complete in a timely manner. She did what she said she’d do which makes us more likely to return!

    Just needed an oil change but left with a new Pilot. Go figure. Bob helped out with the purchase and even drove to Salt Lake to get the pilot that we wanted... Thanks!

    Love bringing my Pilot in for routine oil changes - JB is my service guy and he is awesome! He cares about my car and remembers me and is not pushy but... ensures quality care!!!

    We have had nothing but problems since purchasing our Honda Accord here. We were involved in an accident that destroyed the left side of the car. We took... it to Honda to fix. Since the accident wasn't our fault, we did not have to pay the deductible. The man asked if we would also like to have the front bumper and headlight fixed since we didn't have to pay the $500 deductible. This damage was from a different incident so we clarified SPECIFICALLY that we would not have to pay the deductible. He assured us that it would all be included together and nothing would be due. Well of course we go to pick up the car today and they say they processed them as two separate claims and we could not have the car until $500 was paid. Though the employee was at fault, there is absolutely nothing management would do about it. To top it off, the headlight is STILL out and there is a NEW scratch on the back bumper that was not there. (We have photos as proof of the day of the accident that there was no damage to the back). Get it together Honda. You're all about money and couldn't care less about customer service. DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

    Before I took my car in I read thru the reviews and was just a bit skeptical,, I was impressed when I arrived and was treated very good, I went in for... a air bag recall and was disappointed when I got the car back because the air bag light and the maintenance required lights were still on in the dash,,, I guess I just expected that when they fixed the airbag, they would reset the warning lights,, in fact I still expect that they should have done that ,, they treated me good and was extra helpful when I called and said I may not be able to get there till 5 pm,, they made arraignments that I could still pick up my car after 5 if I needed to,, it was a big deal because I'm from Huntington and didn't want to have to make another trip over the mountain,, I was glad they could get me in on a Saturday and was thankful they treated me well. Also had made my mind up ahead of time that if I wasn't treated well I would never go back,, I was even approached in the lot looking at a new Honda and was treated well by the salesman even when I said I was not looking to buy a car,,

    Great salesman. Pleasant and informed. Answered all questions I asked. Ask for Mark. I was shown several cars so I could make an informed decision. Got... a great new car I recommend dealing with Ken Garff Honda of Orem.

    The dealership was friendly and helpful at showing us different trims of the Civic (for our needs we were only looking at this model). The buying process... took a little longer than expected due to some misunderstandings, but that staff was patient and the manager was helpful in explaining options. Once we decided it was the right buy the financial staff explained options clearly and got us on our way. All in all this was a good experience.

    I had visited another local Honda dealership today and got the typical runaround without making a deal. I walked to my car and drove to Orem. I was greeted... by Cornel at the door and told him I wanted to buy a Pilot. I explained exactly what I needed to make that happen. He knew I was in a hurry and the entire team at the dealership made the process easy! My wife is extremely happy with her new Pilot! A thanks to the entire team in Orem that helped me.
