Lies, insults, and incompetence

Brad insulted my family and my concerns. He didn't hear me. And they lied about their detail package. No one really listens to me.

horrible customer service

I wish I would have taken them down do they know who treated me like crap. I never complain but this time I have to because I received the worst service ever. I went to their service department and every single one of the guys was rude, short answered me and wouldn't even look at me in the eyes when talking to me. like I was putting them out for having to work. I'm sorry you hate your job, why don't you go do something else then? this dealer has a really bad reputation I am not the only person shoo thinks this way.

A bunch of liars

Sadly they are a bunch of liars. My wife and I were lied to several times about our car, about our purchase deal, and about the warranty. I will never support Ken Garff again. I strongly recommend to stay away.

Followed through on the warranty but poor service

They followed through on the warranty and did a free inspection and car wash so I didn't have to pay a dime. Had this not been the case my overall experience would have been really poor. When I called in I was told no other customers had come in with problems (so I should be in and out) that morning and 15 minutes later when I brought the car in I was told it would be a 3-hour wait. I came back in 3 hours and they gave me an update and said it would be another 45 minutes for them to do the car wash (why does it take that long to wash a car). I didn't hear back for an hour and finally asked an employee what the status of my car was. They said it had just entered the car wash and then I didn't hear back from anyone for 30 minutes. When I asked again they said it was done and sitting in the back but hadn't told me. They may have "heard me" (their new slogan) but they didn't "tell me" anything and I did not feel like they were interested in my well-being as a recent car owner and future customer.

BEWARE TRANSMISSION DIAGNOSES: Don't spend extra money to have them look at your transmission. They don't really do that. I paid 91 dollars for them to diagnose just the tranny and odemeter/ electrical shorts. They checked everything on the car anyway. It took them two days just to look at the car despitine setting an appointment. It seems they only looked at the car for 5 mintutes: They said they couldn't find a problem with the odometer or power short. Really? The second I drove it after the diagnosis, the odemeter was still at 0 and wasn't working. Also, the power was shorting as I was a few blocks away from the service center. I didn't even speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. Apparently the transmission need to be completely replaced even though my car is driving fine with a little slip on second gear. They couldn't tell why the transmission needed to be replaced. I just expect 91 dollars to at least give me some kind of resolve, not just leave me with "we looked at your car for 10 minutes" and have nothing to show for it. The problems should have been obvious enough to at least identify there was a problem. I don't recommend this particular shop if you have a Honda because they are no better than any other mechanic shop for diagnosing transmission or electrical problems.

After a bad experience at another dealership, we went to...

After a bad experience at another dealership, we went to ken garff. Every ken garff we went to was awesome but we decided to go with a Honda so we went to ken garff honda in Orem . Ray greeted us right away and was very friendly and not pushy or in a hurry. He showed us everything we wanted to see. We've never had such a great experience buying a car. He wasn't the only one. Every person we worked with there was friendly, quick and seemed very honest. I highly recommend ken garff and Ray Paravan for any car buying needs.

Our car died the day before we came in and we desperately...

Our car died the day before we came in and we desperately needed a car ASAP. We told them our situation, told them we had no down payment, and how much we could spend per month. Our sales rep worked really hard to find us a nice used car in our budget. I thought with how much we could spend we'd end up with a crappy car, but we ended up walking out with a way nice volvo with only 50,000 miles on it, which is great mileage for a used car. The car is in amazing shape, everything works great, and has features on it that are way nice. I absolutely love the car. So glad I came here! I got a much better car than other places could offer us.

Mike was AMAZING! Very professional. Knew everything...

Mike was AMAZING! Very professional. Knew everything about the car and listened to my needs. He found me exactly what I needed and when I wasn't ready to buy he gave me no pressure! He was up front and willing to work with me. He was kind and honest. When I am ready, I will buy my car from him. Thank you for actually making shopping for a car a wonderful experience!

Great Job

I came in a test drove a car with Brett and he was very nice and understanding. I did shop around a little after that day. Brett was so nice and didn't put pressure on me or call me every single day so I took my family back in and he helped us put the car seats in for another test drive. We are loving our new car and will be back to work with him for our next purchase.

good service

I bought a car from Brett a few months back and i decided that i wanted the rubber floor mats. Even though the sale was long over with he still helped me get a discount on the accessories. That is a pretty good dealership.
