Chicago Car Loft

I purchased a car from Chicago Car Loft in March but just got a chance to write about my experience. I wanted to see how a car drives for couple of months before I can give a fair review. First I called about a car and requested Carfax to be emailed to me. I spoke with Paul and he answered all of my questions and was very honest about what the car needs and what was previously done on the car. He also emailed me the CARFAX in minutes, so this was easy. I was paying cash so Paul gave me really good out the door price. I have been driving my Honda for over 3 months now and it still drives good, no issues. I will recommend this dealership if you looking to buy a good quality used car.

Very displeased with the service from this place. The managers were very rude and uncooperative. I paid asking price for a vehicle when i thought i was paying less and was hit with hidden fee's out of no where. In the end i got ripped off pretty bad and will never come back to this place ever again.
