Only dealer that I've ever worked with that wouldn't sell

Only dealer that I've ever worked with that wouldn't sell me a car. Said they limited their scope to their general area bc of fraud. Then, had the audacity to say that it was to keep me from strife if there was a difficulty getting tags and registration bc of living in a different state. They advertise nationally but won't sell if you are outside the area. So, don't waste your time with this dealership. Also, discussed this car with them for 4 days by email, text, and phone with a salesman, internet sales manager, and sales manager before I was informed of this policy. Horrible business practice.

Recently purchased a used car.

Recently purchased a used car. The salesman Bret was great. No hassles. Laid everything out very clearly and they replaced a belt for me because I asked them to. Was not necessary, but they wanted us to be happy.

Always competent and helpful.

Always competent and helpful. Have been a customer at Sheehy VW for 20+ years. Service techs are knowledgeable, experienced and always on point. Wouldn’t take my Passat anywhere else!

Regarding Unsatisfactory Experience Dear Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at [ D—-ri Sheehy VW and he’s mangers ] regarding my recent experience purchasing a vehicle. From the outset, I had interactions with your team that led me to believe we had reached a clear agreement on the vehicle price, both through text messages and in-person conversations. However, when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the sale, I was met with a completely different story. The representatives I dealt with not only attempted to change the agreed-upon price but also exhibited unprofessional behavior that I found disrespectful and disheartening. Instead of upholding the original agreement, they seemed intent on tricking me into accepting less favorable terms. This behavior reflects a severe lack of integrity and professionalism that I did not expect from an established dealership like Volkswagen. Furthermore, the atmosphere during my visit became increasingly uncomfortable as I felt dismissed and disregarded as a valued customer. Such treatment is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression of your dealership. I hope that you take this complaint seriously and ensure that your staff receives the necessary training to handle customer interactio

Had an excellent experience working with David Cox to purchase a brand new VW Tiguan. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the process extremely seamless.
