Do not purchase a vehicle here.

Do not purchase a vehicle here. The Service Dept. is the absolute worst and the Service Manager is the rudest woman ever. She wasn't honest about the cost to repair my vehicle (told me $100 and $242 when I picked it up.) She failed to communicate with me and same with the techs. They then tried to put the vehicle repair(s) on me when it should have been covered under warranty. Bad experiences more than once and these folks are crooked. I'll be seeing them in Civil Court within the next couple of months.

That is not accurate at all. My issue was diagnosed by your technician at 36k miles, long before my 60k power train coverage had expired. Instead of scheduling me to correct the issue, the tech tried to charge me $900.00 for the repair. When the issue (major oil leak) happened, the Service Manager 'Margaret' offered to fix the issue under a Jeep Customer Care incident where I would only have to pay a $100 deductible. I had to have my Cherokee towed 50 miles to the dealer which cost me $300. They had the vehicle for 12 days and Margaret refused me a loaner car. She also told me that she would update me on the progress which she DID NOT DO the last two days they had it. I had to call them as she and the tech never returned my text messages. When I finally picked up my vehicle. Fair Oaks charged me $248.00 and not the $100 Manager 'Margaret' had promised. These folks are not honest and this service dept. should be avoided at all costs.

No contact on warranty repair

I dropped my vehicle off on a Thurs. evening for Friday service. After calling for an update the following Wed. I was told the repair should be a warranty fix and they hoped to have it done by Friday. I asked about a loaner and was told there were none available. I'm not sure why I had to call for a status update as the customer, I heard nothing for almost a week until I called. I called again Thurs. and was told the part came in and they're trying to get it installed. I've been without a vehicle for a week at this point, and with no communication unless I call for a status update. This is unacceptable. The diagnostic took about 4 days to determine what was wrong and with no communication to the customer. I've purchased from here and gone for service for years. This experience may change this.

No problem, everyone at your dealership was nice. The used truck I was looking at was a newer version of my current truck, which I was very familiar with. The used truck you had, had an after market exhaust. I advised if I would consider buying the truck I would want a stock mopar exhaust put on. This was a cat back exhaust. The after market exhaust removed the resonator and put an aggressive muffler on. The manager said it just needed a small pipe swapped, then changed his response saying it just needed a new tip, then again saying the muffler was stock when it obviously was not. Then said he would look into having another after market shop put an exhaust on. I said I wanted the dealership service department to put on a stock exhaust. He said they do not put on exhausts. That seemed false, then he said a muffler would costs thousands of dollars, again that’s false, I know the cost of parts as having an older version of the truck. The manager either very uneducated about the subject and your dealership or thought that I was a moron.

Do not do business with these people. If you are a person of color or just a good human, they are awful. I was hung up on and treated subhuman. They gave us a bad key and refused to speak to us. They can care less about your business once you purchase a car. Everyone is rude and leaves you on hold. All we wanted was a working key. They basically told us to kiss their a.. I guess I need to call my lawyer, it's the principle. Racist!

every single time I’ve dropped my car off for service at this dealership not only are they giving me poor slow communication but when they do talk to me they don’t care about the fact that my car should be completed in a timely manner. They did not have a loaner available when I had to drop off my car - which is something I should be receiving because of my warranty - and thus I’ve had to rent a car and whenever I talk to them they act like they don’t care and that it’s not important to complete service in a timely manner, they said that I will have to wait and continue to push back the date ambiguously and are absolutely inadequate at prioritizing and helping customers get in and get out. Being told there was “nothing they could do” really instilled my confidence in the service here. I would literally rather drive 50 miles away than have to continue to use the snails pace service at this jeep Chrysler. Now my car is held hostage and I’m left carless and in the dark while they continue to take a lackadaisical approach to getting my car completed.

Avoid selling your car here

Sold my vehicle here and they have yet to deliver payment weeks after the lien and title have been cleared. The worst part is their inability to communicate.

We bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this

We bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Although the buying experience is completely fine, we had them add a blind spot monitor before we drove it off the lot which had issues within the first few months and completely stopped working in 3 years. We then had to pay to have it removed because it would not stop beeping on start-up. So we wasted money twice (install and removal). This is now a 2018 that only has 30k miles on it as I write this review and is stored in a garage and we have had to replace two spark plugs, two tires and a wheel and add/remove blind spot monitoring. One of the tires ruptured while driving (hit nothing) and bottomed out damaging the wheel. Service would not work with us on the fix since it was related to the tire, even though they are the ones that put the tires on. Then a second tire started to have sidewall fraying (again not due to hitting anything or curb rash). This was well before they hit their intended mileage or dry rotted due to age. The first spark plug failed within the first 2 years and they made us pay for it, then the same spark plug failed within a year after that. Luckily it was covered under their partial warranty, but still had to pay for a tow and labor. Finally, we are now experiencing the infotainment center delaminating and not working. I brought the vehicle in at the beginning of January and was told by their Service Manager Margaret she would make a call to Jeep and ask if they would replace for free since it is a known issue (recommend Googling Infotainment screen delaminating in Dodge/Jeep/Ram before purchasing). All she needed to do was make a phone call, regardless of the answer, so I could decide how to move forward. After voicemails, call backs and a call from the centralized service center and many promises of call backs by end of day, I called her again on 2/16/2023 and she had still not made the call and asked to give her 15 minutes and she would get back to me. I told her not to bother and hung up. So end of story, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep are selling vehicles with known issues, and if you happen to experience the delamination after the warranty they refuse to fix it even though it is related to the quality control and their choice of cheap adhesive. Then they want over $1,000 to fix. Compare that to my 2018 Chevy Colorado, with the known "Chevy Shake" transmission issue, which they correct for free without question well beyond warranty. This might be tolerable, if this locations Service Department was willing to do their job, however over the course of 1.5 months, they could not make a single phone call which they promised on multiple occasions. I will be doing the repair myself, which is a simple swap of the infotainment center, which will only cost me $500 and maybe take 10 minutes. I am not sure why they are trying to charge $1,000+ for a fix that they know is an issue and caused due to their manufacturing choices. Buy a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler at your own risk, but definitely steer clear of this locations Service Department. They have never been helpful and I have had to deal with them too many times for a vehicle that only has 30K miles on it.
