I purchased my Passat in January 2014 from Isaac Nissim. Each time I have visited the dealership since, Isaac always greets me with a smile, comes over to say hello and ask how I am enjoying the vehicle. My experience with other dealerships (hello Lester Glenn) has been once the sale is over, the sales department throws you to the curb. In addition, Loren & Joe in the service department are very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended this dealership to friends and family...something I definitely would not do if I was not happy with the service (good bye Lester Glenn). One more thing...they always wash my car after being serviced which is a nice touch!

I could have purchased a VW at two dealerships closer to my home, but these guys earned the sale with their friendliness, and unique offerings such as a 10 year warranty on the car's powertrain.

Scheduled my service right on their App, very easy . The desk girl (Lauren )was very knowledgeable and friendly. My car was brought right in for service and accommodated my tight schedule on my day off.
