Horrible service

We had a appointment to get an oil change at 11am 8/12 we dropped off car and walked to lunch. When we got back we waited and waited. We finally went and talked with the service writer and he said it shouldn’t be long now. We looked and they hadn’t even brought our car back to start the service. Finally after 2 1/2 hours it was finally done, what a joke.

Mark is sucks idiot not respect deaf people

Mark is sucks cuz not respect deaf people I was give to Mark. He never asked me what time on my car oil change I was waiting 1 1/2 hours then I am going ask what happen to my suv They told me wait 7 hours I say what is xxxx too long time. I CAN BACK OIL CHANGE 2 hours back they say ok As back my suv. I need buy milk for my daughter drink milk. Then back in place they say no more I TOLD xxxx THEM I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG THEM I KNOW THEY HATE DEAF AND DISABILITY

Great service at LHM from Sunbum

Had an incredible experience at LHM Toyota Murray working with Sunbum. He stayed over-hours to help us test drive and look at other vehicles. He was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He alerted us immediately about the vehicle we wanted arriving in the lot, and we were able to get the car quicker than we imagined! I definitely recommend this dealership, and especially if your salesman is Sunbum!

Like the car.

Well, it took a while, but we got the car. It was a lot of signing and initialing, but I suppose that's required. I wish I could hear better so I could have got more instructions. All in all, it went ok.

LOVE LHM TOYOTA!!

The staff is absolutely amazing! Mark Mattice went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that fit perfectly! I have never had an agent of a car dealership keep in touch to let me know what was going on like he did. Looking for a car and the paperwork was so incredibly easy and stress free. $6,000 over MSRP!!

They had my $500 for a Toyota RAV4 Prime for 16 months. Finally tell me they can get one after multiple claims that they couldn't but I had to pay for the larded up dealer rip off items like "security code etching" etc. and pay an extra $5,000 over MSRP for the base model. One phone call to a dealer in OR saved me $2,000. Take your hard earned money elsewhere is my advice.

Customer service was excellent.

The customer service was excellent. Everything was done in a timely manner. I was advised of next steps for my car maintenance. I was very pleased.

RAV4 sport

They are efficient and completed the routine maintenance on my car. They were polite and explained what was being serviced on the car. I will recommend them to others.

One of best buying experiences

Salesman collin made this a pleasant easy process. All other staff also positive. Whole thing about 2 hrs with a trade in. Will clearly go back

100,000 mile service

Kyler always takes really good care of us. He’s easy to work with to get appts scheduled and is very accommodating. Toyota dealership is the place to bring your vehicle if you want superior service.
