Courteous and helpful staff, easy to schedule on line and in person, thorough, comfortable waiting area, and provided free shuttle when more work needed to be done.

For the first time ever, my vehicle actually had

For the first time ever, my vehicle actually had everything done that I had requested when I dropped it off to be serviced. JaVon Wallace, the Service Representative, was outstanding in confirming everything that needed to be done and explained all things I still need to have done after Service was completed. JaVon is not only professional, but courteous and has optimum customer service skills. I highly recommend him and because of Javon alone, I will now consider buying another Hyundai Tucson vehicle. i will ask for him the next time my vehicle needs to be serviced.

Consistent outstanding service and support from the

Consistent outstanding service and support from the dealership’s service department. Their valet service is such an efficient way to get the car serviced. John, who picks up and delivers the car, is so professional and easy to deal with. Special recognition goes to Jennifer the service coordinator. She is a clear communicator, responsive and informative, and makes every visit a pleasure!
