Repairs were on a previous vehicle I owned.

Repairs were on a previous vehicle I owned. Quickly done and pretty fantastic price because you always expect crazy $$$ at a dealer right? Not here. Pretty normal prices. Just traded in and then purchased a new vehicle working with Jordan Dwyer smooth awesome and all my expectations were exceeded.

Outstanding customer service!

Outstanding customer service!! Scott, Melody & Harold were are terrific. Wow! They truly treat their customers right. Great overall customer experience. Will definitely be back when it?s time for another car.

Car was taken in for regular service.

Car was taken in for regular service. Asked to check for wobble when braking. Inspection found that the rear brake pads were completely worn and rotors were grooved. Previous service 11/6/2024 did not mention that rear brake pads needed replacement. Previous service stated that they had done a multi point inspection. Had that information been brought up, then rear break pads would have been asked to be replaced and damage to rotors would not have happened. Instead, we continued to drive on brakes that needed to be replaced for the next 3 months unknowingly damaging the rear rotors in the process. LHM Chevrolet is liable for the damage that was caused by this. Now I have to pay for the damaged rotors that could have been avoided had the pads been replaced. Service manager then stated that a discount would be applied, but the receipt does not show any discount. To top it all off, we spent over $2500 on repairs and they didn't even give us a car wash.

Simply OUTSTANDING!

Simply OUTSTANDING! this is the mark that EVERY dealership should strive for. First I’m no where near Utah. I live on the East Coast & was not traveling. I have been looking for a car of this make and caliber for some time. I finally found it at this dealership. I sent my information over and was contacted by Mark Harris, a true professional. “Don’t talk about it be about it….!!” Mark is THE guy that exemplifies this. He provided extremely comprehensive information in a super quick manner to include a video walk around. He was also to provide me great information on the background of this car, which was very important to me. I was looking for a one owner car if possible, low miles, clean CarFax, & no issues. I was open to color and coupe or convertible. This was it! I decided on the car, and Stuart along with the help of finance manager Mark made it happen. I purchased the car sight unseen, which goes against all my car buying experience. They shipped the car to me in NC, in an enclosed hauler which was critical coming from the Western part of the country. The vehicle arrived in a very timely manner especially considering the Thanksgiving holiday. Vehicle is far better than I expected. Not one issue with it. I cannot express what a great team to do business with. If you live in the area this is the ONLY dealership I’d do business with. Ask for Stuart Harris and finance work through Mark. The dealerships in my area would do good to learn and copy this team & could learn volumes about these guys and how the buying experience should be. THANK YOU Larry H Miller Cheverolet ! John was awesome!

I came in only scheduled for an oil change and before coming in I had a sudden issue with my breaks. John was able to add on looking at my breaks to make sure everything was okay and they were! Thank you John for making sure that me and my car were taken care of!
