Purchased Wipers during an oil change for a road trip to...

Purchased Wipers during an oil change for a road trip to return to CA. We assumed they were installed as they went over the 21 point inspection. Discovered that they were never installed and contacted the Service Mgr. After a second message was left for him, he called back leaving me a message that he would get me new wipers. Never said How?! I already returned to CA. I called back 2 times more to ask how he was going to do this or if he was going to return my money and he still hasn't call me back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but it makes we wonder if they even did the oil change or the 21 point inspection and didn't just slap a reminder sticker on the windshield since they were so busy I had to schedule an oil change a month out. It did not leave us with a good impression and this was the dealer where we had originally purchased our car!

Scheduling error on there part after driving 40 miles....

Scheduling error on there part after driving 40 miles. They managed to get me in and fixed the issue. Super busy but very helpful and saved me another trip. Best Chevy service dept in Salt Lake. Highest recommendation from me and worth the 40 mile drive.

Rick was great, no nonsense, not pushy, and did not at all come across as a pushy service advisor. LHM Chevy took me in on a last minute phone call and even squeezed in a non planned oil change. Appreciate the level of professionalism, I felt taken care of so much so that I would again make the inconvenient drive. Thanks Rik!

I have a regular mechanic near my home. Last year I had a problem they could not deal with. I took my vehicle to the dealer. Rik at Larry H Miller took care of the complicated problem and fixed my vehicle. Last week I experienced a similar .
