    Ron Franklin was amazing, it wasn't an easy transaction, but he put up with me for a month, did not give up, really went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the purchase, with everyone at the dealership was amazing!! Mark Cooper took such good care of me on the back end, I am very pleased with the whole experience. I will only buy from Larry Miller Dealerships, and Ron Franklin!

    Ron Franklin was amazing, it wasn't an easy transaction, but he put up with me for a month, did not give up, really went above and beyond. I am extremely happy with the purchase, with everyone at the dealership was amazing!! Mark Cooper took such good care of me on the back end, I am very pleased with the whole experience. I will only buy from Larry Miller Dealerships, and Ron Franklin!

    Torrey was just an awesome salesman!! He made buying a car one of the easiest things to do. He was there the whole time and made us feel so welcome. He went out of his way to make sure we got everything we needed. I would recommend him in a Chevy Heartbeat!! It is our hope that Larry miller in Murray hangs on to him,because we plan on sending friends and family his way. Thanks Torrey!!

    Service dept - Someone at the beginning of using the oil changes, made a mistake and I ended up loosing 2 of the oil changes which came with my new vehicle or from those I bought when I bought my new vehicle. After being upset, and stating I will then go elsewhere, the service rep said he would talk with the manager and see what he could do. They did do the oil change - AFTER WAITING OVER AN HOUR AND ONE-HALF. (AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.) Also, in the past, they also did a quick car wash. I had just returned form a long road trip, vehicle dirty, and I received my van as dirty/dusty, bugs on the windshield, etc. - as when I came in. I have had better service from other places and was in-out in less than one hour (usually 40-45 minutes at most) - instead of the 1 1/2 hours here

    Everytime I go in to have my vehicle serviced it's a great experience. They treat me with the upmost respect and take care of all my vehicle needs. What's nice is they inform me of updates/recalls before the factory has even sent out letters of notification. Awesome and very very friendly and professional in every aspect. I won't go anywhere else.

    Like most people, I hate car trouble ~ I have somewhat of a phobia actually. However, this Chevy service center has been great every time. I recently needed a new battery. I was able to get an appointment right away. Customer service was great and I got a good deal on the battery and installation.

    I was the first person waiting for the service department to open at 7am. Once the doors opened I pulled in got out of my car and watched 5 people be waited on before anyone came over to me and asked why I was there. Very insulting to say the least!!!
