They offered to “repay” for our terrible experience by filling our car with gas. Garbage dealership. They won’t honor what they say. Don’t waste your time.

Disappointed
I bought a car from you guys a little over a year ago for $17,000 granite I understand cars depreciate the second you pull a wheel off the lot, but I received emails from you guys constantly on wanting to trade in blah blah this blah blah blah that! Realizing I should have got an SUV the first time I had gone in made me think oh maybe I can now. I got pre-approved from my credit union for 25 Grand went down there with a huge smile on my face excited to trade out for an SUV. Well that quickly changed the minute I started talking to one of the dealers Not only was he not the guy I originally made an appointment with who is supposed to be there at 9:30 I was actually 5 minutes late and he still wasn't there, that this man had offered to help and said he was over the gentleman that I was originally meeting up with. After a bunch of Mumbo Bumble b******* I ended up leaving with my keys and telling them I would find Services elsewhere! I am disappointed at the fact that you guys charged me $17 and just a little over a year ago for my car and have the audacity to tell me yesterday that it's only worth 7 Grand ( EXCUSE ME) I understand that things depreciate once again like I said but that's a bit much I had kept the car in great condition it only had 28,000 miles and it was a 2017. Might I add when I walked in there I was already pre-approved through my credit union once again for 25 Grand and I had the car as a trade in. The gentleman asked me what I had down which again I don't understand because I had the 25 Grand and my other car as a trade in as you guys had repeatedly sent me in emails. Anyways I'm done with you guys I felt very hurt and used when I went in there yesterday, you guys Express that you have free, you guys Express that you have free car washes for the lifetime of the car and your car wash has been shut down for 3 months. Maybe if you were little more worried about fixing the part instead of the money you're getting in your pocket you might have better luck. I realize this review is kind of rude but I believe I was treated very rudely yesterday I will not be coming to your dealership any longer! I've had enough bad experiences for one year with you guys.

Candice; I am sorry that we could not help with getting you a new vehicle. I agree the car wash is getting a little frustrating as it has been down for 3 months. I hope that it will be fixed soon but some customers do not take care of the car wash and destroy it for everyone.

Always friendly and efficient. Quick to get my issues dealt with. A little heavy on selling the extras that I did not come in for. It seems like after each time my car was serviced in any way it came back washed and vacuumed. That hasn’t happened in my last few visits.
