Outstanding professional service department!

The professionalism of my service writer John Shami. He is truly an asset to your organization. He was quick to respond to me regarding the issues involving my car. I am completely satisfied with the improved performance of my car, since my visit with your service department. They did a great job.

John Shami - He saved the day for this experience. He is professional, responsive and the only reason I came back to this dealership. He actually makes me feel good about spending money on repairs.

Service Manager very helpful!

Everyone seemed personable and family oriented, your service manager was great, very helpful. When I purchased my car though, the one I asked for and the one they gave me were not the same (I wanted electronic controls, that's not what I got). Their attention to detail wasn't great.

Always Friendly

Art the Cadillac service manager is very knowledgeable and friendly and he always makes me feel at ease about my car repairs. Everyone is very friendly for the cashier to the you man who drives my car out to me. Exemplary Customer Service!!

vehicle service/ride home,but wont give you a ride back?

whats up with this? No ride back to dealership. I was told that they no longer provide a ride back to pick up your car. I also have an air bag recall but the young service rep was getting on my nerves. everything was negative that came out of his mouth.I asked for my keys back because he was wasteing my time and I got the xxxx out of their. The next day I made an appt across the street at serramonte ford for service,talk about night and day as far as service. I hope that stewart Chrysler goes out of business no one should be treated the way I was treated at stewart Chrysler.

STEWART CHEVROLET

PLEASE NOTE: I WENT TO THE "OTHER HALF"! STEWART CHEVROLET. I bought my 2005 slightly used CHEVROLET IMPALA in 2005. For the past ten years, Bill Hood has done outstandingly in looking after "us". Also Ed, checking me in. Dave or Will, when Bill wasn't there. Bob and Rafael, with transportation, when I needed it. The cashier (I keep forgetting her name) is very helpful, and pleasant to visit with, while waiting for my car. Derik is always equally helpful in the parts department.

worst customer service EVER. ..SLOW

My experience was the Worst I have ever had. I felt like my car was held hostage for 1 week and the service guys John Paul and Irvin had the worst customer service skills. I hated playing phone tag and constantly calling just to get info on my car!!! Slow to respond and unconcerned. WORST!!! Will NEVER do business here again.

Quick but professional.

Staff were friendly, yet professional and gave a feeling of trust in their technical ccompetence. They went the extra step of cleaning my vehicle per my request, just as my home Chrysler dealer would have done.
