Our service man, Johnny, treated us with excellent care and respect. We got 4 new tires. Johnny was able to find a better price on them--which he matched. That saved us many dollars. That is excellent concern for the customer. We really appreciate Johnny and all the service technicians who have always given us the utmost consideration.

Great service
I needed new tires for my Buick Enclave. The service department were great! They told me to wait for the rebate sale. I did, they got me right in and I was treated with respect and kindness.

Harmon service visit 4/4/14

Great Service
The detailing could have been better. Maybe it doesn't include the outside? When you open the back window, all doors you see dirt that was never wiped off, also dirt around the rims.... I just thought the outside would be done, maybe you have to pay extra for that. The inside job was terrific!!! It looks like a brand new Escalade :O) The staff was very friendly and I will continue to get my Escalade serviced there!!!
