Was a terrible experience.

Was a terrible experience. I was told it wouldn't take long. Waited 2 hours patiently. Then the cashier gave me an attitude when I just asked for my keys when my truck was done. She snapped back saying I needed to do some paperwork (for a warranty and I didn't owe anything). My truck also smelt like cigarettes when I got into it. Wasn't the best experience I've had at a dealership.

Alex Fierro was a great service provider.

Alex Fierro was a great service provider. My 2r silverado had to be towed to the dealership early this morning. By the time the service center opened I was told they had it and were already looking and to expect news by mid day. By 2 I knew what the problem was and that it would be fixed same day. I picked it up at 4. Great communication on behalf of the dealership.
