Mike Martinez and Manny, his Upline Manager, were both awesome people to deal with. Answered any and ALL questions and I went from just looking to Buying because of these 2 awesome people. It was a sincere pleasure having a great buying experience and would recommend everyone who reads this to go over and see what I am talking about.

i went to this business to explore the option of buying a vehicle upon arrival i was greeted by mike vega he is so friendly he showed us options we would like after speaking and listening to me he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot he never once told me he did not know something when i asked questions he never offered any empty promises to me or fabricated any truths he made sure i was comfortable in his office and with my car buying experience i have explored other dealerships in the past and have never had such a positive experience i am very pleased that i chose to make my vehicle purchase at visallia kia and am delighted that i got to work with mike vega thank you kia for a great buying experience

We just purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Visalia Kia and our salesman, Mike, was very knowledgeable about the car and it’s amenities even though it was not a Kia. He kindly walked us through the components of the car and explained how it operated. A nice young man with a welcoming smile and great customer service.

Ask for Joe (short for Josef, My husband put in an application online. I was notified that we were approved and all I had to do was come in and choose a car. Joe met me at the front door and after I told him the 3 models I would consider buying, he was familiar with his inventory and did not waste my time. He was patient and helpful thru many test drives of different models (5:00 p.m. traffic) and he did not flinch once. LOL. He was not high pressure, he answered all questions and knew answers to questions, knew the reviews on each model, knew the prices. He actually helped me choose after I asked him what he thought about each one but he totally left the final decision up to me. The financing was a painless and quick process. The finance manager was an honest guy, smart, quick, best finance manager we ever have run across. I totally trust these people. I love the car! Love the price! All was as promised. Ask for Joe. He is a very dependable, knowledgeable, accommodating, non-threatening salesman. No high pressure, no playing games. Great car, great experience. I recommend these people if you want to get into a car of your choice.

Stay away, away,bait and switch, said they had wrong price,really, still?,after 2 weeks and still haven't corrected it,plus says car only has 33000 plus miles,yeah right,over 45000 miles,and still advertising it at 33000,,this place is owned by Selma auto mall,they will never see any of my family buying anything from these shams,I drove 75 miles to see this car,they offered 12418 out the door plus my car,then raised it ANOTHER 500. Because they had the wrong price,.Shop elsewhere.
