During this pandemic, we were in need of purchasing a new vehicle. We called Johnny Lee Godsey at the Ford house in Whitesboro on a Wednesday afternoon... around 2 p.m. He was so accommodating to have a 2020 Explorer available. They detailed it so quickly that by 3 p.m. we were test driving. We were so impressed by how quickly and courteously everyone worked to help us. Believe it or not, we were driving out of the lot in a little over 2 hours. Very Pleasant experience and we always buy our vehicles from them.

I bought a new 2019 F 250 which I had negotiated my trade and the purchase price entirely over the phone. When I arrived the truck I was buying was exactly... what I was told it was and the numbers were also exactly what I was told on the phone which does not always happen. The transaction went very smoothly however when I got home I found out the truck would not fit into my garage even though I had owned a 2015 F250 which did fit into my garage. I was sick and passed the information to my sales person that night which was Saturday night. He said come in Monday and I am sure we can work something out. I was expecting I would have to take a big hit since I really needed a truck to go into my garage. To my great surprise when I arrived my salesperson told me he had talked to management and they were willing to unwind the original deal and put me into a F 150. He had also located a 2020 F 150 that had everything he knew was important to me and had it out front for me to look at when I arrived. There was a lot of work on the side of the dealer to do this but they did and made me just as good deal on the F150 as they did on the F250. I was amazed and am very happy in my F150 even though I really wanted the F250 but unfortunately it could not go into my garage. I don't believe to many if any dealers would have done this for a customer. I cannot thank them enough and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

It took me literally about 5 minutes to buy my truck. Jim Watson had all the paperwork ready to go and everything in order. Two Ford dealerships had blatantly... lied to me prior to my dealing with Holiday. Holiday was honest, their document fee was low, and they did not try to add in any hidden costs. Everything was exactly as we had discussed on the phone and Holiday had some of the best pricing I had found in the 6 months that I had been looking. Holiday even gave me a free tank of gas, which the other dealerships charged for. I would highly recommend Jim Watson.

1st. Better prices than anywhere else I looked, and I looked for about 4 months before buying. Juan, my sales associate was great. The truck I wanted to... look at was sold the night before I arrived, so he came up with what I consider a better truck at the same price. We negotiated Step Bars and Bed Liner as part of the package. Now the cons - These are minor, but they do add up. 1st. Took 5 days of the truck in the shop for the step bars and bed liner, and that was with me taking a day off work. To Holiday's (and Juan's) credit, I did get a loaner to drive during that time. One of the trucks I test drove have an almost flat tire before I was to drive it. But come on now, I am all excited about my new truck just to have it yanked for 5 days for menial items like bed liner and step bars. This ain't rocket science. 2nd - Holiday guys - Whoever you got doing the car washing - Well, he/she ain't working out and it really gives y'all a bad look. So in summary - I would definitely direct anyone wanting a new ford to Holiday - but I don't think I will be using their service department anytime soon.

Ouick, honest answers and willing to help in any way. A salesman recommended by a family member had been helpful in the past so I asked him about the... service. He assured me it was great. He recommended Tessa so I first tried their service with a Ford bought elsewhere and was really impressed. Johnny Lee did as well when we decided to purchase a new Ford Edge.
