weak spot

sales person was excellent ... but as has happened before items were added to the sales contract that were not discussed prior to meeting with the financial person and were not wanted ... then going through a hard sell to justify what had been done and to sign up for even more

Fantastic service and care

Chris is always so honest about what services are needed at the time of service and which ones can wait a bit longer. This is helpful for me because I am able to budget better and feel as though I can trust Honda.

Another good visit

The staff at the dealership is always friendly and professional. The service department does a great job explaining the work being done. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.

Replaced Battery

My car's battery was replaced. It was under warranty and the service was done quickly and without any cost to me. They had the records of the warranty so there was no hassle.

They made buying a car easy.

it was a nice experience with everyone we met there

a nice buying experience with Honda dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The first salesman showed us around and took us for a test drive.

Our salesmen is one we have returned to several times and would recommend him to anyone. Everyone is friendly and really welcoming. I will always come back here

Chris did everything possible to take care of us

Chris Did a great job at meeting all of our needs. He took the extra time to make sure everything was done right. He was even able to take care of a special request for some touch up paint

Randy

Mainly because of Randy, we've bought 2 new Hondas and one Mazda in the last couple years. I'm probably going to buy a new Accord once the new Hybrid arrives, maybe a 6 speed 2.0. Not sure. Get one in please. He keeps us price competitive and I trust him on this. Although....I do “trust but verify”. Once I/we find a guy like Randy we usually stick with him regardless. I'm a retired Partner in an Engineered Sales Agency. We hire mainly Engineers that can sell. Not a common skill for most Engineers. Randy is the kind of sales guy we would hire. Somewhat of an introvert that cares as much about his clients and their needs, as he does the sale. Typically, these type are the best sales persons. We're (mostly me) active high end Car Collectors and my wife and I use the Honda/Mazda as our daily drivers. I believe they are the best value cars for this purpose. Your service guys are great also. One other comment, I'm still waiting for Randy to deliver my Honda S 660. He can't seem to get Honda to deliver this car for me. Regards, Rick Giolas 801 403 6391
