Always a good experience when I go to the Honda Service department. First rate, friendly, and I will continue to buy and service my Honda though out the coming years.

Nice experience

Very helpful, we have dealt with Stephen Wade Honda with our prior car and the experience was good so we returned and are not sorry we did.

Everyone I had contact with were very nice and pleasant.

First contact was with Jason White. He was very helpful, showing the Clarity and answering my questions. Keven Wells was also helpful providing information and arranging for a test drive in both the Honda Clarity as well as the Chevrolet Volt. Jason White was also very helpful when I arrived to make final deal.

The service was very thorough. friendly and professional

Best experience and best service.

I like the service technicians and employees in the service department. I feel like they're honest and they do their job. Trust is critical in any business and I trust them.

First time leasing a vehicle and it was easy & went smoothly

I went into the dealership to see what they would give me for my 2014 vehicle. I was very surprised with how much they gave me for it. I decided to trade it in and get a new leased vehicle (first time for a lease). The process was easy and customer-friendly. Stephen Wade Honda is a fantastic place to do business.

Great service experience

Everyone was courteous and helpful. Kept in touch to let me know what was up with my car and quoted me an estimate up front. Loved the shuttle to and from the dealer. Very efficient and prompt.

Had major tune up done. Everyone very pleasant & informative

I had major tune up done. Timing belt, valve service. They found a radiator leak & replaced. Everyone very pleasant & informative. Had to drop off after hours & pick up late, very nice to work with.

Quick 15000 Mile Service ofmy RX 5

Perfect Service, quick and easy. Air filter for the engine needed to be changed. Service department was prepared and knew what was required. I was done in less than an hour. Thanks!
