Service Center

The service provided was completed in a timely manner. All forms were explained to me and the service completed pointed out on the forms. A recommendation for future service requirements were noted on the form.

Oil Change and Flat Tire

In the past we used an oil change shop. Tried the Honda Dealership after purchasing a Honda from them, and found the prices, service, and knowledge about our car exceptional. So have been using them since our Honda purchase there.

Fast, accurate, and honest

We bought our Pilot here more than 10 years ago and have exclusively used the service department ever since. Our service advisors have always been honest about what is necessary and when (if certain things weren't in our budget could wait) as well as helping me plan for all future maintenance. Not only have they been flexible with scheduling but they have snacks and a play area for kids which is a major life-saver because some things just can't be planned for.

The employees are always quick to help me and they do not pressure me or use scare tactics to convince me to do additional work on my vehicle..

PROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY EVERY THING WAS EXPLAINED AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND I WOULD REFER OTHER PEOPLE IF THEY ARE LOOKING TO BUY A CAR OR TRUCK THE RIDGLINE AND THE MIATA ARE FANTASTIC VEHICLES.

Oil change and inspection of brakes and tires.

Our car was admitted minutes after our arrival and the work was completed in less time than we were told. All findings were then explained to us in a professional manner.

Overall, great service.

Easy to schedule appointment online. Prompt reception upon arrival. Good communication during repairs. Not pushy to do work that might otherwise be deferred. Prices okay but could be lower. James Bond attentive service advisor.

Awesome Experience!

Our sales representative was Randy King and he was the best. He listened when we asked questions and made sure we understood his answer. He took at least an hour showing us everything about the new car before we left the dealership and got it out on the road. I’d recommend him to anyone looking at getting a new car. He was so kind and understanding with us.
