Fantistic help, Clinton Bates was so great to work with. The whole place made us feel like we were friends. Having a new car with all the new safety features we had to go back after a few hours of driving it to have some things explained to us. No waiting, Clinton came right out and explained to us the questions we had!

They met me at the door and were very very fast getting my car serviced. They were super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all of my questions!

I took my CR-V in for a "clunking" noise that started a week prior to my visit. My service advisor was very thorough when asking when, where etc. The technician found the source and parts were immediately available. Total time spent was less than an hour from arrival to departure. Thank you for such great service and timely, efficient repair!

Went to have an oil change and a tire rotation. They discovered an oil leak that I was not aware of. After further investigation they determined a seal had been compromised due to over tightening. Chris thought that it may have been one of their technicians that may have been at fault. Therefore they cleaned up the leaked oil and replaced the seal at no charge to me. They could have charged me for the diagnosis of the leak, the seal and the labor to perform these functions, but did not. I appreciate their honesty and fairness with this. This is the third Honda I have owned and this is not the first time this service department has been extremely honest and fair with me. That is why I will continue to bring my car here for any service that is needed.
